Welcome to Colorado! This beautifully decorated upper unit in Littleton has 3 bedrooms with king beds, 2 updated bathrooms, and a stunning custom kitchen. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants, and downtown Denver! The corner lot provides more privacy and space. There are two parks located nearby. High speed WIFI and smart TVs included.

This is the upper unit of a duplex, so there will be another party in the lower unit. Each of the units are completely separated with different entrances. The only shared aspect is parking on the street.

Guests will enter through the front door.

We will be able to answer your questions through the app, email, or text.

The neighborhood is very friendly and conveniently located near Carbone Park. There is access to the Highline Canal down the road. You will love it.

Guests usually prefer to drive themselves or order an Uber or light rail to get around town.

Adequate and clean
We are local and needed a place to stay that takes pets while our wood floors were being refinished. This property had nice bedrooms and kitchen, but there was no direct access to the backyard from inside the house to give our dog a chance to play/relieve. No laundry. Front storm door was missing glass and spring attachment, which was a bit annoying. Across the street was a school so there was a lot of foot and car traffic/parking during the day.

Clean and Economical
Stayed here when we were in town for a graduation and then booked the same place again for a ladies weekend. The property wasn’t fancy but it was clean and somewhat recently renovated. The host was extremely great with communication through the VRBO app and was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable and we greatly appreciated that they’re all kings so we were comfortably able to sleep 2 adults in each. The kitchen area was roomy and equipped with all of the essentials, including coffee pods for the keurig. There is only 1 full bath but also a half bath so it didn’t end up being a problem for us. The host provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which were all good quality. The plumbing was a little rough - the toilet was clogged a few times from just toilet paper but a plunger was provided. Overall, great value for the accommodations and service.
