This comfortable flat occupies the main floor of what was originally the historic “Crawford Saloon” built in 1901.
Come and embrace all of the colorful charm, rich history and vibrant lifestyle of Downtown Littleton!
The Space:
Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, Keurig machine, free high-speed internet, and 55” smart Roku TV. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom has one twin bed and its own half bath. The three-quarter bath includes all toiletries and a hair dryer. Extra bedding, ironing board, twin size air mattress and extra bedding are stored in the hall closet. There is a separate coin-operated laundry room for your use. The apartment has individual climate controls for heat and AC in the living room and primary bedroom to ensure your personal comfort during your stay.
The unit is fully self-check in and checkout with security code access, and includes one reserved parking space at the rear of the building. Access to the unit is via a secured entrance on the west side of the building. This is a shared building with other short-term and long-term tenants. The unit is on the ground floor. So, you may hear light pedestrian and car traffic during the day and early evening hours.
Downtown Littleton is the new “place to be” brimming with restaurants, taverns, pubs, a beer garden, boutiques, a day spa, unique retailers, coffee shops and ice cream parlors. Shop and dine, or enjoy a live stage performance at the Performing Arts Theater just a few steps away. There is a “Welcome Book” in the apartment which lists many of the shops and eateries along Main Street for you to enjoy. The building is close to bike trails along the South Platte River, Light Rail Station and RTD bus route. Come and explore all that downtown Littleton has to offer! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets.

You will have access via the main entrance to the building and your personal door access to the flat. This a shared building with other Short Term and Long Term Tenants.
The building has a coin-operated washer and dryer that you are welcome to use.

The vibe of the neighborhood is described as quaint and charming. 220 businesses call the area home, many of which are locally owned—from boutiques to restaurants and watering holes. Getting Around:
The C & D Lines of the RTD light rail system have a station located one block south of Main Street at the corner of Prince and Alamo. RTD bus lines make stops at the Downtown Littleton Station. You'll be walking distance from all the shops and restaurants!
Other Things to Note:
The main door is a shared street entrance off of South Nevada, you will have a personal door code for both the main door and apartment door. You'll have access to one off street free parking spot.
Please leave the heat set around 68-69 degrees when you leave!
The building has maintenance clean the hallway and stairway on Thursdays!

Cozy apartment in ideal spot in downtown Littleton!! Bed was comfortable, towels were soft, spotlessly clean and excellent communication with property manager. Loved our stay!
We came to town to attend a Red Rocks concert and this location was perfect! The communication before, during and after our stay was fantastic. The darling property was perfect for our group of three and we really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome location(literally downtown Littleton), clean, comfortable, and well maintained place! If you need to spend some time in Littleton or the surrounding areas, this is a great location! The included off street parking was great. Check in and communication with Jill was perfect. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves near Littleton again!
Right off of Main St. Excellent location. Property is very user friendly with 2 bedrooms and 1.2 baths. Host provides coffee and the tea. It is clean and comfortable. 2nd time staying

The host was very helpful and communicative. We had an issue with getting into the property (our mistake), and they were very quick to respond. I'm not sure why VRBO asked about a winery. This is a single unit in downtown Littleton, CO. It is in walking distance to several restaurants and stores. It is a great area!

I was only in town one night to see a concert at Red Rocks. The property was in a perfect location, and my friend and I enjoyed visiting the shops in downtown Littleton. It was a quick and easy drive to Red Rocks. The property was very clean, cute and cozy!
My Mom and I stayed for the week because I had a surgical procedure. The place was very well kept and close to everything in downtown Littleton. Overall, pretty good!

Our stay was Thursday-Sunday and exactly as described and pictured…very clean and cozy. The only issue I experienced was a little trouble reaching the detachable shower head…I’m 5’3”.
Extremely easy to walk to Main Street Littleton & explore all the shops! Jill kept us up to date regarding check in & out & if needed anything. Thank you Jill!!!
Location is everything and this place does not miss. I was in town for a visit with friends and Old Town Littleton was our meeting spot every day. Easy walking distance to all my favorite spots from Chocolate Therapist to Bacon Social House. Thank you.
We came to attend a wedding nearby and we very pleased with the rental. Extremely clean apartment in great location in old downtown Littleton. Perfect for our needs with parking space, walkable to lots of restaurants. Keurig coffeemaker was a plus! It is compact but well thought out with great attention to detail and immaculately clean. Will be back!
