Beautiful neighborhood.I you are a walker (like I am), many things withing walking distance: Target, CVS, ALDI, Walgreens, Albertson's, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Carl's Jr., and more. Great value in great location.

Juan was a gracious owner/manager. The unit is no frills but wasn’t lacking in the essentials. I loved Juan’s house (owned for 30 years and reflected a pride of ownership) and I loved the old school neighborhood.
