Renovated, comfortable house at Bodden Saaler 2014

You love nature, tranquility and fresh air; You want to turn away from the tourist hustle and bustle of everyday life and just once let your mind wander?
Then a holiday in our cozy cottage is just right for you!
The house, built in timber construction in Nordic style, is located in the idyllic, amid forests, meadows and water, nearby small town of Neuendorf, at Saaler Bodden. The house is detached and located on an approximately 600 sqm large, clean and well-covered private land. Thus, we offer you peace, freedom and privacy in your own home combined with modern facilities and comforts.
The Neuendorfer harbor, with a small beach, can be reached in just 5 minutes.

The holiday home offers approximately 90 sqm of living space for 4-6 people. Inside the house sleeps 4 are present. 2 additional beds (sofa bed) are located in a small garden shed. This cottage is available only in summer!
The wooden house was built in 1998 was renovated by us in 2013/14 and furnished with new furniture in country style. The bathroom was completely redone. We have furnished the house with much attention to detail.
The property includes 3 parking spaces and a lockable storage room for bikes, surf equipment etc ...
Comfortable, high-quality garden furniture and a barbecue. In the storage room are available for you 3 bicycles (2x adult and 1 child's bike 24er) for free use during your stay.

2 bedrooms each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and wardrobes

Enspannter Urlaub in der wunderschönen Boddenlandschaft

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Wintergarten und Terrasse, sehr gute Ausstattung. Auch gute Fahrräder vor Ort, somit kann man die autofreien Gebiete Darß und sundische Wiesen erkunden. Entfernung zur Ostsee kein Problem, dafür mehr Ruhe und Entspannung als im überfüllten Zingst. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Ribnitz-Dammgarten und Barth, auch die Städte Rostock und Stralsund in der Nähe.

Einfach nur großartig!Das Haus ist perfekt geplant & eingerichtet, alles vorhanden und am richtigen Ort, insbesondere in der Küche, und der Wintergarten ist das Highlight schlechthin! Wir haben uns meeega wohl gefühlt, alles war perfekt!Vielen vielen Dank, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Schöner Sommeraufenthalt

Das kleine EFH besteht aus gemütlich und liebevoll ausgestattetem großem Wohn- und Essbereich mit Wintergarten, Holzdeck und Garten, einem grossen hübschen Bad mit Walk-In Dusche sowie zwei schönen Schlafzimmern. Ein Kaminofen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Hier kann man sich bestens erholen und die Gegend erkunden. Die Vermieter sind supernett und hilfsbereit und reagieren schnell auf Anfragen. Ein komfortables Haus, gemütlich und liebevoll und sehr individuell gestaltet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der einzige Nachteil war die Lage (auch wenn wir natürlich wussten wo das Haus liegt ).

Super Unterkunft!

Sehr schöne, geräumige saubere und moderne Unterkunft. Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und super nett. Preis/ Leistung top! Immer zum weiter empfehlen. Wir(4 köpfige Familie) machen jedes Jahr Bungalow oder Ferienhaus- Urlaub. Diesmal war es mit Abstand einer der besten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Infrastruktur könnte besser sein. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig, sofern nicht nebenan gebaut wird.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit ruhiger Lage, ideal für alle die dem Stadtlärm entfliehen wollen. Die Lage des Hauses ist so gut das man bis nach Zingst oder Rostock für einen Ausflug nur eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto brauch. Nachteil ist das man auch zum Einkaufen das Auto brauch. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein Aufenthalt in dieser ruhigen, in sich geschlossenen Osae kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Und der Weg zur Ostsee ist mit dem Auto (mit Kindern ist der Weg mit Fahrrad zu weit) schnell geschafft.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhige Lage

Das weißblaue Haus lädt zum Entspannen ein. An sonnigen Tagen kann man den Tag an der Ostsee genießen oder einen Fahrradausflug ins Fischland unternehmen. Durch die Atmosphäre des Hauses kehrt man immer wieder gerne zurück um den Tag in dem Garten oder Wintergarten gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir vier Personen waren über den Jahreswechsel in dem Ferienhaus. Schon beim Betreten des Hauses waren wir begeistert von der tollen, individuellen Einrichtung. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut, alles Wichtige war vorhanden, genügend Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Brennholz für den Kamin. Es war zwar nicht richtig kalt, aber wir haben den Kamin ausgiebig genutzt. Die Atmosphäre war einfach schön. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Allem was man braucht. Begeistert waren wir auch von dem tollen Badezimmer. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen. Glückwunsch an das Ehepaar Hinze für den guten Geschmack bei der Einrichtung und wir wünschen ein gutes neues Jahr.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da, von einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche, über Außenterasse, Fahrrädern, Kamin mit gemütlicher Coach, super Betten bis hin zum Schuhlöffel.😃 Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Ferienhaus

Das FH ist sehr sauber und es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist toll umwachsen, so hat man absolute Ruhe. Nur der Check-in verlief etwas holprig, da die Vormieter den Schlüssel nicht ordnungsgemäß hinterlegt hatten. Dank lieber Nachbarn hat sich alles schnell geklärt. Alles in allen: Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
