UNIT 23 - TREETOP 2 BEDROOM VILLA

Nestled among the tree tops, this unique octagon shaped home has plenty of amenities, including the use of 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool (with a sauna & hot tubs), tennis courts and a volley ball/basketball court all within in a small village setting. This is a home with all the amenities of a condo!

This freestanding home home has two levels and features include a large Master Suite with a Queen bed & private bath, Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area, plus a full kitchen, extra half-bath, dining area and is located just a short walk from one of the three outdoor pools.

The perfect location for a group stay as we have multiple homes located within the Tree Top Village community allowing for groups of up to 28 guests.

Tree Top Village is located on Horseshoe Bend/Lake Ozark and by water at the 12.5 mile marker next to the Four Seasons Cove Golf Course and is also close to restaurants, attractions and shopping including the 80 store outlet mall. There are no elevators on the property. This unit has approximately 35 steps to the unit.
Please note this unit does not have water frontage or view.

Our unit was one of many Tree Top Villas in the Village. They are amongst the trees, overlooking the lake. Most have space between them, and you do feel like you are out in nature with the glass windows all around. But there is privacy with vertical blinds. The unit had dishes, utensils and pots and a pan, but no seasonings, oils or any food items. It was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We found after booking the unit with VRBO that it would have been cheaper to call the Village office directly.

Great little getaway

This is a nice small cabin with great view of the lake, and the location is within driving distance to stores and local stops. The stairs might get to some, but overall an excellent retreat.

We booked the weekend to celebrate my birthday with just my husband. We have 3 extremely active kids in middle and high school. So we were looking forward to a nice relaxing Saturday of not leaving the tree house except to enjoy the pool and hot tubs. We brought my favorite foods for my husband to cook for me. The unit was extremely clean. We arrived Friday afternoon and upon cleaning up dinner we had hot water. Saturday morning we went to take showers after breakfast and there was NO hot water. We called to report and they sent someone out. We left the dishes and went to the indoor pool. We loved that area. Came back to the house for lunch and we had NO water at all. We never received a call/ email/ text letting us know we would have no water. Called to ask and they told us they had to empty the hot water heater. Because we already had dirty breakfast dishes we didn’t want to add lunch dishes in case something was really wrong with the heater. Or they had to switch us houses. Not either time of us calling did the person apologize for the inconvenience. They were nice but never apologized or offered other solutions. We went out for lunch, which was a bummer considering we brought food with us and didn’t want to leave to go anywhere. We did have a nice lunch out though. When we came back the water was back on and it was hot. We continued our day with just relaxing watching a movie and going to the pool again. Sunday morning we went to take showers and the water was not supper hot but hot enough to take showers. The hot water only lasted long enough to turn on, get in, wet my hair and shampoo. I had to finish my shower with cold water. My husband didn’t get a shower. However the kitchen did have warm water when we tried it to make breakfast. Our other complaint is that the lights leading up to the house didn’t work. We used our phone flash lights but it was still pretty dark. 2 flight of stairs just a bit dangerous. When I called to check out the lady asked about the stay and the hot water heater and told her Everything all she said was weird and she would let the maintenance people know. Not even a sorry. We do understand stuff happens so we went with the flow but was still disappointed. We will try one more time as our youngest would really enjoy a weekend there but we will try a bigger and different hopefully more updated unit.
