Our detached holiday home offers approx. 85 sqm living space on 2 floors and sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people with three bedrooms.

The holiday home has a large enclosed garden with a sun terrace (south facing) and garden furniture. From the terrace you have a wonderful view into the green (into the adjacent park / forest).
In the garden there is a slide available as well as toys, children's vehicles and a beach buggy.
Furthermore, a new, high-quality Weber charcoal grill is available (purchased in Dec. 2024).

The holiday home is located in the beautiful, well-kept holiday resort Zeebos in Bredene, which has an outdoor swimming pool (open July 1st until August 31st) and a (new) children's playground.

Free high-speed WIFI access and a new Smart TV is available in the house.

The house was extensively renovated in December 2023 and December 2024.
A private parking space belongs to the house.

For the beds only duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own bed linen, towels, beach towels and kitchen towel.

Pets are not allowed in the house.

Maximum number of persons: 6 (including children)

We don't rent the house to groups of young people.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten in sehr ruhiger Lage. Hervorzuheben sind die Spielsachen im Haus fĂŒr die Kinder so wie die Rutsche und FahrgerĂ€te im Garten. Spielplatz ist auch direkt vor der TĂŒr. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht (Seife, GewĂŒrze, Backpapier, SpĂŒlschwamm, etc) was man so nicht in jedem Ferienhaus vorfindet. Die KĂŒchenzeile und Badewanne sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und an vielen Stellen ausgebessert. In der Badewanne gibt es an einigen Stellen Rost, was ich nicht sehr hygienisch fand. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!

Das Haus war sauber, jedoch sehr alt. Die Ausstattung fĂŒr 6 Personen doch eher mĂ€ĂŸig. Bei Ankunft fanden wir den Nachbarn im Haus vor, der netterweise die KĂŒhlschranktĂŒr zumindest versucht hat zu richten. Die Matratzen sind teilweise sehr durchgelegen. Leider wurde uns auch erst kurz vor Abfahrt mitgeteilt, dass die oberen 2 Betten nur ein 1,40m breites Bett ist. Anhand der Bilder war das nicht ersichtlich. Das Leitungswasser ist sehr stark gechlort, nach dem Duschen fĂŒhlte man sich daher eher klebrig. Als Trinkwasser zb fĂŒr die Kaffeemaschine absolut nicht geeignet. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die vorhandenen Spielzeuge fĂŒr Kleinkinder. Ein Bollerwagen, mehrere LaufrĂ€der, Roller. Das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Vom Platz her sollte das Haus maximal 4 Personen belegt werden. Bredene und Umgebung sind sehr, sehr teuer.Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich.Dennoch, Preis/Leistung sind fĂŒr uns hier leider weit voneinander entfernt.

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able, maison bien situĂ©e et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Les Ă©quipements de cuisine mĂ©riteraient un petit resserrage au niveau des portes, nous avons resserrĂ© les pieds de table qui chancelait. Le frigo ne ferme pas bien, il doit ĂȘtre assez vieux. Cependant tout cela ne nous a pas du tout empĂȘchĂ© de passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour, trĂšs au calme. Chose trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e , il y a des aliments de premiĂšre nĂ©cessitĂ© (cette fois-ci nous n'en avons pas eu besoin mais dans d'autres locations ce fut le cas) et c'est trĂšs pratique de ne pas racheter toutes les Ă©pices juste pour 1 semaine. Le site Abritel mĂ©riterait une option de traduction en ligne, par exemple tous les commentaires de notre location Ă©taient en allemand ce n'est pas trĂšs pratique.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das schöne Ferienhaus liegt in einem Erholungsgebiet in Bredene ca. 900 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Es hat einen kleinen aber feinen Garten und liegt in zweiter Reihe ruhig, entfernt von Straßen und anderem Trubel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der NĂ€he vorhanden. Das Haus selbst ist sauber, schön aufgeteilt und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schöner Trip fĂŒr ein langes Wochenende

Sind Ende September fĂŒr ein langes Wochenende nach Bredene gefahren. Kenne die HĂ€user noch aus meiner Kindheit und bin immernoch total zufrieden damit. Der Strand ist in 10min erreicht und das Wetter war auch hervorragend. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt. Danke fĂŒr die schönen Tage

Das Haus ist tip-top ausgestattet. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und war genau wie beschrieben. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Der Ort war nicht so unser Fall. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin. Der Kontakt war bei Bedarf sehr schnell hergestellt.

Es fehlt an nichts


Ein superschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Es wurde an alles gedacht und besonders die Kleinen hatten eine große Auswahl an Spielsachen und Fahrzeugen. Die Lage ist schön und ruhig. Bis zum Strand haben wir zu Fuß mit den Kindern ca 15 Minuten gebraucht. Das war völlig in Ordnung. Der Sandstrand ist super schön und breit. Ohne Auto ist es etwas problematisch, da es in nĂ€heren Umgebung keinen grĂ¶ĂŸeren Supermarkt gibt. Der nĂ€chste BĂ€cker ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Leider hat er Dienstag und Mittwoch ganztags geschlossen. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder in dieses Ferienhaus fahren. Wie gesagt, mit Auto ist es perfekt. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt.

Entspannend

Wunderbar ruhig in im Juni (Vorsaison ), gepflegte Anlage, Garten zum GrĂŒngebiet. Man kann dort gut radfahren. Die seebĂ€der haben leider wenig charmr ausser de Hahn aber der tolle feinsandige strand entschĂ€digt . Man kann dort auch wirklich gut wandern. Unterkunft war top, noch besser wĂ€re es mit backofen gewesen.

Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattet, einziger Kritikpunkt: Fenster im Schlafzimmer kaputt. Nicht zu öffnen und deshalb kein LĂŒften möglich. Der Schaden ist schon lĂ€nger bekannt. Das war ein klarer Misstand.

Sehr schön,gut eingerichtetes Haus, ideal auch mit Teenagern! Tolle StrandnÀhe. Jetzt im Februar ohne Gartenbenutzung,was im Sommer sicher nochmal aufwertet. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!

GemĂŒtliches Haus in Toplage

Wir haben mit drei Kindern (7, 10 und 12) ein paar Tage im Januar hier verbracht und waren begeistert. Das HĂ€uschen ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz fĂŒr eine fĂŒnfköpfige Familie. Wir haben die SpaziergĂ€nge am Strand und den Fischmarkt in Oostende genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war nett und effektiv. Gerne wieder!

Schönes HÀuschen in StrandnÀhe

Haben uns fĂŒr das kleine Haus entschieden, um zwei ruhige Wochen in Strand NĂ€he zu verbringen. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und alles was gebraucht wurde, war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation lief ebenfalls gut und es gab keine Probleme. In der Gegend gab es nicht direkt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber mit dem Auto und dem fixen Parkplatz war alles gut zu erreichen.

Alles gut, wie immer bei den HĂ€usern in Zeebos. Haus ist ideal fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern. Leider fehlt eine Waschmaschine, dann wĂ€re alles perfekt.
