The house is located in a holiday residence in a green and tranquil setting, just a 15-minute walk from the sand, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront.
The accommodation
As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the atmosphere of the residence, typically Mediterranean: a palm-lined walkway, a swimming pool with a soothing waterfall and an atmosphere that invites you to relax.

The house enjoys a privileged location, at the back of the residence, facing the swimming pool and away from traffic, guaranteeing tranquility and privacy.

As soon as you enter, you will discover a modern and fully equipped kitchen: filter coffee maker and Senseo, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and everything you need to cook like at home.

The living-dining room is a convivial space, equipped with a 160x200 sofa bed, a Full HD television and internet access. It opens onto a large bay window opening directly onto the terrace and the garden, to take full advantage of the outdoors.

A bathroom with bathtub and toilet completes the ground floor.

The upstairs sleeping area includes two bedrooms with a 140 cm double bed offering all the necessary comfort. One of the bedrooms has a large dressing room with sliding doors, while the second, on the mezzanine, is very bright. Thanks to the mezzanine and the location of the air conditioning, the entire accommodation benefits from a pleasant temperature, even during hot weather. A separate toilet completes this sleeping area.

At the back of the house, enjoy a beautiful terrace without vis-à-vis for your outdoor meals.
The private garden is furnished with sun loungers and a plancha, perfect for sharing delicious summer grills.

Traveller access
You will have access to the entire accommodation as well as to the swimming pool of the residence.

Other remarks
Departure cleaning 60€ per stay and household linen provided: including sheets, a towel per person, bath mat and tea towels.

For toddlers, a travel cot is also available in the accommodation.

The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.

Parties and gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed in the accommodation.
