Hop in a car or rent a golf cart and drive 0.6 miles to the beach or 1 mile to the golf course. Walk out the front door across the way to cool off in the shared pool with a swim-up bar, soak in the hot tub, bask beside it in the sun, or sit under a shaded cabana. This townhome spans three levels of splendor with high-end appliances, fixtures, and custom coastal décor. The private first-floor accommodations consist of a bedroom (BR1) with a King bed, nightstands, closet, and ensuite bathroom providing a vanity and tub with a glass enclosure.
