For Rent<br>: A mobile home overlooking the Dordogne River at the 2-star “Les Ombrages” campground in Rouffillac de Carlux. It is located 15 minutes from Sarlat and 10 minutes from Souillac.<br>It’s a quiet, family-friendly campground where you’ll find a snack bar and ice cream shop open from mid-May through September, playground equipment for kids (swings, a slide, a ping-pong table, etc.), a bike path that runs alongside the campground (from Sarlat to Souillac), bike rentals (including e-bikes) and a canoe rental centre at the campground entrance, and, best of all, the Dordogne River for swimming, fishing, and everything you need to have a wonderful time with family or friends.<br>Saint Julien de Lampon is located 1 km from the campground, where you’ll find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher shop, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, and the village market on Thursday mornings.<br>The mobile home has 2 bedrooms: one with a 140-bed, and the other with 2 bunk beds and an additional 90-bed (3 beds measuring 90), 1 bathroom, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils…), a living/dining room with a corner sofa, TV, a partially covered terrace with an outdoor table and chairs, a barbecue, and lounge chairs.<br>Bookings available for a minimum of 2 nights during the off-season, excluding long weekends, at €60 per night, and a minimum of 1 week during peak season (July, August through mid-September).<br>Weekly rate:<br>- €300 from April 15 to June 4 and from September 30 to October 14<br>- €350 from June 10 to July 1 and from September 9 to 30<br>- €400 from July 1 through July 8<br>- €450 from July 8 through July 22 and from August 26 through September 9<br>- €500 from July 22 through July 29<br>- €600 from July 29 to August 5 and from August 19 to 26<br>- €650 from August 5 to 19<br>Tourist tax: €0.22 per person per night (for adults only)<br>Sheet package: 10€ per bed<br>Cleaning fee: 40 €<br>Security deposit: 150 € for cleaning and 350 € for the property and equipment<br>Ideally located for exploring the Dordogne Valley, including the castles of Castelnaud, Baynac, Les Milandes, as well as the Lascaux Caves, the Gouffre de Padirac, and some of France’s most beautiful villages, such as La Roque Gageac, Domme, Les Eyzies, Sarlat, Rocamadour, …<br>Two additional properties are available for rent upon request (a chalet and a mobile home, each accommodating up to 4 people).
