The Mas is completely new, renovated and fitted out in 2022, first rentals in summer 2023.
Last house in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet of 8 houses. Tranquility and absolute calm.
The property extends over 3800 m2.

Ideally located on "les gras" in the direct vicinity (4.3 km - 6 minutes by car) of the village centre - 07140 LES VANS. Les Vans is a "small" village that has the particularity of living all year round and not only during the summer holidays. It has dozens of restaurants of all kinds (from starred gastronomic to fast food), supermarkets, medical centers, pharmacies, cinema, etc...

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille. La maison très bien agencée correspondait exactement au descriptif mis sur le site. Une piscine très agréable et bien entretenue avec son pool-house bien équipé.Le matériel de cuisine est de bonne qualité, complet et adapté aux groupes, chose rare dans les locations. L'accès wi-fi est correcte Je recommande ce Mas pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis
