Nice property- cleaning and management is awful
Just left and we had SO MANY issues. Stay in the area yearly and never had such bad experience. Managed by “cabins for you” and all 3 adults in our group agreed we will NEVER rent somewhere managed by this company again. The cabin itself is nice… but it was not cleaned- dog food and dog hair/dirt all over the floors while we had 2 crawling babies with us. Issues with wifi and tv connections. Hot tub was not filled all the way and was ice cold. Our door lock wouldn’t let us in at arrival and trying to get ahold of the call center to get us in. They couldn’t fix it, sent maintenance but after calling a 3rd time that afternoon I was told couldn’t come until the next day- so we couldn’t even leave.. or we couldn’t get back in! Our first night was waisted being stuck there and not even being able to utilize the features. The next day after maintenance.. that night the lock quit working AGAIN. Called 20+ times (I have pictures) for over 35 mins.. NO ANSWER. kept saying high call volumes and would hang up. We had tired crying kids/babies. Stuck outside in the cold or in cars.. husband found maintenances ladder, had to climb up the back deck to get us in, which scared me but we couldn’t just be outside all night with NO HELP. It was awful. Kept calling inside, nothing. Called the 3rd day. They came back “fixed it” that night it quit again. Luckily someone stayed back and let us in. By far worst cabin experience we’ve had. Regret spending any money on such a place.

Bears bears and more bears
The cabin was exactly as pictured. Had all the amenities of home. Only complaint is not enough hot water ti fill up indoor Jacuzzi tub. Be watchful using the front charcoal grills, got some scares from a mama and cubs, and a few others. Beds were comfy, outdoor hot tub was good. Loved the basement.

Terrible communication and follow-through.
We pulled into the property on our first day with high hopes. Upon first inspection the property looked nice and many of the features were nice. However, we spent quite a bit of our vacation trying to troubleshoot problems and replacing burned out lightbulbs. We called the 800 number to report that half of the basement was dark and multiple lights and the fan did not work. We were told they had submitted a work order and there would be a service person there right away (between 7 and 8PM). The service person never arrived so we were unable to use half of the basement due to it being dark. We did manage to get a light on at the bottom of the stairs after removing the cover and jiggling the bulb. The bed upstairs was noisy and uncomfortable, upon further inspection we found there was a branch from outside supporting a broken box spring/riser. The light was out over the jacuzzi tub and only worked after finding a spare bulb. I would recommend that there be some more rodent bait be added as well due to mouse droppings on the extra blankets in the basement and the pitter patter of little feet at lights out. Overall, this cabin has nice features, but upkeep has not been the greatest.
