Very nice property with backyard right on the water. If you like boating - this is great place. We arranged with a boat rental to bring us a boat almost every day we were there. Neighbourhood is nice and quite with awesome restaurants nearby.

DOUBLE RENTING

Just as the title implies, this property was double rented, on the same day that we were supposed to check in. We we arrived to this property, after a long 7HRs drive ,the date that we were supposed to check in we couldn't properly do the check in because there was a couple staying in there, they did show us proof that they had rented from this seller. Also, my husband brought with him his expensive fishing equipment, and it was stolen at this property. Most likely because this property owner rent this property to multiple people, multiple people will have access to this apartment, and to your personal property, and valuables.
