Ashley, thank you for your review. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have issues with your key code not working, as well as the hot tub being inoperable. We appreciate you reaching out to us as soon as possible to make us aware of these issues, and we did advise you on some troubleshooting options and instructed you that if these did not work, give us a callback and we would send someone out there. Ultimately, we were under the impression that the provided troubleshooting steps resolved the issues as we didn't hear back from you. We are truly sorry that you went your entire stay without a hot tub, and unfortunately, we are unable to assist with compensation at this time. We do hope you and your guests are able to revisit the Smokies in the near future, regardless of where you may stay.

Linda, we're so sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, and we completely understand how upsetting the inconveniences you faced must have been. TVs not functioning properly, a city-wide power outage knocking out the power in your hot tub, inadequate space in the fridge, broken appliances, uncomfortable bedding, and more must have been so frustrating. This is nowhere near our standard vacation experience, and we sincerely apologize for all the trouble this ordeal caused. We appreciate you sharing your concerns with us and allowing us the opportunity to address these matters. While we're glad we were able to send maintenance out promptly to rectify the reported concerns, it doesn't take away from the fact that you shouldn't have to deal with this during what is supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Though we were unaware of the other issues you were experiencing, we are thankful you brought them to our attention. We have shared your additional feedback with the appropriate departments for further review of the property. Rest assured, our team is diligently working to ensure that all the problems mentioned are addressed to prevent this from happening again. We regret knowing your stay did not meet your expectations, and we cannot apologize enough for your poor cabin experience.
