First time in Gatlinburg, and would definitely come back! Awesome stay at this cabin. Has all the amenities. Great location close to town, trailheads, restaurants, and shops, even a grocery store just a couple miles away, which was so convenient. Very nice place to relax and get away from it all!
Definitely won’t be disappointed with this cabin. The set up was very nice along with location. At one point the drive is a little steep but to be expected for being in the mountains. Nothing that all wheel drive didn’t take care of. The check in and out was very easy. There was plenty of entertainment in the cabin Wi-Fi, cable, board games, and an arcade game that you don’t realize how much better you were as a child until you try it as an adult lol. And best of all it has a secluded hot tub. You can’t go wrong here.
Very clean and no odors. Beds very comfortable; upstairs bedsheets did not fit bed. Could not turn on fireplace; texted property manager, but never received a reply. Bathroom towels plentiful, but scratchy. Able to find cabin via Apple Maps. You do need to bring shampoo and various soaps; dishwasher and washer. No kitchen towels provided. And you need to bring extra t.p. If you enjoy driving mountain roads, you will like this cabin.

Poor Communication and Outdated- Hot tub didn’t work
When we arrived at the property at 4 o’clock to check in the property manager has still not sent us the code for entry… We called the property and left voicemails that we’re not returned, and finally had to get in touch with Vrbo. They were able to get in touch with them, and we finally got our code at 5 o’clock while we had been waiting at the property. Checked in just to find out that the hot tub did not work and upon communicating with the property manager, they gave us instructions on how to fix, but did not offer to come fix at all. We did not have a hot tub for the entire trip so it was a complete waste. I would definitely rethink booking this property as they did not offer any concessions on price due to a not working hot tub. The trim on the doors was falling off in the downstairs bedroom and all of the doors were off of the track. Will not be booking this again unless the property manager contact us with some kind of reimbursement.
This property is old. And dark. In no way does it resemble the photo on VRBO of the living room. Even when sunny outside, the interior is dark.
There were a lot of problems from the get go:
1. Couldn't get the TV's to work. A note on each TV specifically says not to touch the wires or you will get fined. So had to wait until Monday to get serviceman out to fix one, which had HDMI cable in wrong port (which I could have fixed). The main room TV is terrible. When I managed to get it to turn on, it would flip off repeatedly. It would say NO SIGNAL. The upstairs loft TV also had problems and when on, the noise from that TV tended to drown out the downstairs TV.
2. Sink in downstairs bathroom dripped. Kitchen faucet also dripped and even once fixed, there is leaking around the base of faucet (probably needs spring and washer replaced).
3. Toaster: Button fell off on left side. Right side burned my pop tart on one side. The serviceman was supposed to bring out a new toaster, but never did.
4. Fridge: No shelves positioned to allow upright milk container. So we put it on it's side whereupon it leaked all over the shelf. The door of fridge is missing a bar across the lower end, limiting space.
5. The patio doors have no screens so you can't get a nice breeze with the door open.
6. The closet door is difficult to close in lower BR- track seems messed up.
7. Hot tub: Had to reboot it after loss of power one day. Which managed to do. But it is really hard to get into since there is a shelf at the same place where the steps are.
8. There is a worn/torn place on the couch in living room- top left back.
9. There was a gap in the floor in the dining room where the linoleum had separated. There is also buckling in the floor near the front door. Floors creak everywhere.
10. The bed in lower BR is extremely hard. I slept on couch part of the time.
On the plus side, there are sufficient dishes, although it would be nice to have glasses down where I could reach them. You get one kitchen towel and a washcloth and oven mitts. You get one paper towel roll, one dishwasher tablet/packet. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
There were several games in the living room for kids plus an arcade game and checkers. We had a bear cross in back and over to the trash cans in front, which was fun to watch. The location is at the end of a road up high in the mountains. No view except of trees.

Smokey Mountains
The rental smelled very musty immediately upon entering.
This private mountain cabin was everything that we had expected, great location, easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty of room. Would definitely book it again
Great spot in a private location, but only 10 minutes from town. The house is spacious and well decorated with a great outdoors area where we saw a couple of bears from a distance.
Rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. I didn’t notice in the listing, but there is a pull-out couch upstairs that the kids slept on. They loved the arcade game!
Providing coffee filters would be nice. Also, the TV wasn’t completely hooked up and ready for DVDs to be used, but due to a note threatening extra fees for messing with electronics we didn’t want to fix it. Those are really my only suggestions.
The cabin and location is beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days of site seeing and entertainment. The wooded area in back added to the Cabin’s charm. We will be back again….. hopefully soon!! Tina & Terry
We love this property and will for sure book it again. The location was great- in the mountains/ woods, but very close to town! The property could use a little updating, but overall we loved it.
We stayed here for my 34th birthday. We wanted something close to town with all the amenities. This place was perfect! Beautiful location, hot tub was amazing, and it was quiet. It took us around 5-10 minutes to get to Gatlinburg depending on the traffic and there is a Food City grocery store not too far away. Only downside is our GPS did not take us all the way to the cabin. Very close but not quite. Use the directions sent to you and make sure you locate the cabin on the satellite image before going.
It was a wonderful stay and we all thoroughly enjoyed the whole vacation. I'm very grateful for the YouTube link on how to get to the cabin that I was able to download. Definitely a huge help since we got in after dark and it was hard to see. The cabin was nice and cozy. The only thing I'd add would be that the towels are very thin and there were no filters for the coffee maker. We were able to get filters from the local grocery store but that seemed like a weird thing not to provide.
The cabin was clean and absolutely adorable. We loved hanging out in the hot tub. Loved the location. It was out in nature but still very close to Gatlinburg. ❤️❤️❤️
Definitely watch the video instructions for finding the cabin. There is not a viable sign or house number from just driving up to it and GPS will get you lost. The beds themselves were comfortable, but the pillows were feather thin and uncomfortable and the sheets and covers were not the greatest either. The cabin itself was a nice layout with plenty of space except the bathrooms are kinda small. Nice area outside, but really wish other people who stay would pick up their dogs poop as we stepped in lots of dog poop walking our dog. That is not the cabin owners or company's fault, but just watch where you step when walking around.
