A unique and exclusive experience with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Portofino.
The residence is built on a sloping rock and the flat offers a breathtaking view of the sea, with the song of the cicadas in the background, surrounded by lemon and bougainvillea trees.
There is a garage and access to the flat is via a funicular/ or stairs and a lift afterwards. (It is recommended for people in good physical condition).

All the rooms and the terrace have breathtaking sea views, and the green surroundings are just exceptional!
The flat comprises a living room with a double sofa bed, a large bedroom with a sea view, a shower room and a terrace with a full sea view.
A car or use of public transport is essential for shopping (approx. 10 minutes) or going out.
Please note that access to the sea and swimming pool has been suspended due to safety work.
