This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4! We have 2 teenagers and this had the perfect amount of space for us. The pictures are completely accurate to the charm this little home adorns. It was very clean! I was a little concerned just by the esthetic of the exterior of the building and the elevator does have a bad smell. But when you get inside this condo, it’s perfect! The highlight of our trip was the visit from the neighborhood bear that is literally 15 feet from your door in the woods. The walk to the Strip was perfect in the spring. We will definitely be returning!
We loved the room! The balcony was a nice addition. We saw quite a few bears as we came out to our cars and of course we loved it.

Perfect location especially for a couples trip!
Had a bump in the road at the beginning we weren’t sent the keypad code to access the codo and i couldn’t get in touch with the owner. After speaking to customer support they got me in touch and the owner was very apologetic and we got in an hour later. Room was extremely clean and super cute! Perfect for 2 couples with an easier walk to downtown for a couple of 20-something year olds. The elevator smelled like rotting dead fish. We took the 3 flights of stairs majority of the time but other than that no issue with the property. We would definitely stay here again!
The condo looked just like the pictures! Nice, clean property. Communication was great with the host. Comfortable beds, Walked to downtown everyday which was nice. Would stay again when we visit Gatlinburg!
My boyfriend and I booked this place for our week vacation to Gatlinburg. The condo was so cozy and perfect for the two of us! It was very clean and in a great spot to walk back and forth from the strip and all the attractions! The bed was very very comfortable and the whole place just made you feel at home. We even saw bears twice on the property, once in the woods outside the front door and once right in the parking lot during our stay!
This place was exactly what our family was looking for. Great accommodation with such easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and GSMNP. We would gladly come back and stay at this exact spot again.
We stay in Gatlinburg the week leading into Christmas every year. This was the first time we have stayed in this cabin, but will not be the last. Great location and really well kept. I would recommend to anyone and we will be back for sure.
Was a very enjoyable stay. Got to see bear from our entrance door but then seen why they were hanging out and was disappointed that people were throwing food down to him. It was a young bear so that being said he will learn to depend on people food instead of wildlife food. Don’t want the little fellow to end up getting killed because of humans. Maybe some signs could be posted for not feeding bears. This has nothing to do with our stay at condo inside but I just felt like needed addressed. The condo itself was very nice and clean and would stay again.
Host was great in communicating. Check in easy. Place is cute, bathroom layout a bit weird and tight, but its not the owners fault but the condo layout. Thankfully there was a second bathroom so no fights. Location quiet away from strip but easy walk to all gatlinburg attractions. Thank you. We enjoyed our time in your home.
The property was just as pictured. Accommodated us 4 adults. We had time to visit and relax. Rainy Weather challenged however, we walked downtown both days and had rain coats and umbrellas. The location is great. However has a very step short incline walk walking up the driveway. Great for us because we need exercise.
Very satisfied overall with stay, however, parking situation was not ideal as spaces too small for vehicles, but that isn't the fault of this unit, it's an overall problem with the complex and city regulations for spaces. And the tight parking was disclosed by the unit owner. That's the reason I left a 4 overall on the stay. Otherwise, unit was fantastic and I would stay there again if I could park in a better place.
It was a very nice condo, smaller than was expecting, but worked well. The walking distance to the strip seemed more like a hike. Was hoping for a little bit bigger kitchen area. But overall it worked out well. Saw a lot of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and a family of bears (mama and 4 babies). Also was able to go to Clingmans Dome but was very foggy up there.
We found the property very clean and had the items indicated. Light bulb was out in one bathroom. The heater in living room would not work. Remote was missing from front bedroom. Barn door came off track in one of the bathrooms. Parking was tight but we were aware when we booked. I notified host of these items and she said she would check with cleaning crew on remote but never heard anything more and she said she would have maintenance look at but did not happen while we were there. Older couple very cold and had to put blankets around them to sit in living room. Really not a bad experience but better follow up would have been better. Little more closer detail attention. But very clean for an older bldg. and the decor was pretty.

Not great
I booked this condo for 2 nights based on reviews and photos. Our experience was different: although the photos look like the condo is newer, in reality it is an older condo with new furnishings. It has drop ceilings in bathrooms (including a tile that had some sort of dried brown leakage in Master bath). The location of the condo is right off the strip which IS great. The pool is as others have said, nothing you want to use. That aside, we had a problem with bugs (dead and alive) inside the condo. Dead roach in master bedroom, some sort of black worm in master bath and another dead bug in 2nd bedroom. We left after the first night, very early the next morning (before normal checkout time) as we did not feel comfortable with the bug situation so much so that we didn’t shower or use anything in the kitchen. I mailed the Owner as soon as we checked out and explained our ordeal and asked for a refund for the 2nd night. She said she was surprised to hear of the bug problem because they have a pest control company. I didn’t know what to say to that as I had told her exactly what happened. She offered to have the condo looked at/cleaned up. Bottom line…she said that bugs were not a refundable reason! We checked into a Hilton Garden Inn with no bugs. I have used VRBO multiple times and this is the first bad review I’ve ever given. Again, each experience is unique but this was our experience.
Cute place at a great location. We saw bears 3 times from the condo! No ice trays, bathroom light bulbs missing, and few working outlets. Hot tub had too much chlorine and ruined, faded, our swimsuits. These were small issues for us and we will definitely stay here again! Great communication with manager. Love this place.
The property is in a great location which made it easy to get to all the things we wanted to do. Here are some things we didn’t know that you should know …. The coffee maker does not use pods. You will need ground coffee and cone filters to have coffee in the condo. They do leave 2 prefilled filters but that is not enough if you are staying longer like we did. There is not a lot of cabinet space and no cabinets or pantry. The dishes occupy the shelves on the wall … so you have to be creative if you bring a good bit of food/snacks. Also, there is not a dishwasher in the unit. There is no closet available is the 2nd bedroom … so you would have to share the master closet (or just throw your clothes over a chair) if you bring any hanging clothes. The porch is small with no view … so we never sat outside for breakfast or a glass of wine late in the day. We did see some bears snacking on acorns from our front entry railing when we arrived. That was a bonus treat. The beds were comfortable and we were overall happy with the accommodations.
Absolutely loved unit 303! Perfect set up for 2 adults 4 kids, perfect/beautiful walk to downtown with the village being super close to grab coffee and donuts. The owner replies within minutes no matter when I have sent a message and gave great detail on where to visit. The only disappointment was the elevator smells like cow poop and the hot tub bubbles didn’t work. Def will stay At this location in the future!
