Great Anniversary Stay

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful quaint condo! It was perfect for the two of us for our anniversary! It was so cozy and the owners were awesome, having the place ready for our visit and on time! We will definitely stay again!! Everything was within walking distance and so convenient!

The location is great. We parked car and walked everywhere up and down strip. It was nice to have balcony overlooking the pool. Bed was so comfortable. We will for sure stay here again.

Within walking distance to Gatlinburg's plethora of attractions. Serverd as a great home base, parking and travelling in a vehicle is expensive and time consuming in Gatlinburg. Overall a great place to visit the town. Thanks JA and family

Anniversary trip!

This property was a perfect fit for our 29th anniversary trip! The host was very easy to contact when booking and that is always a plus for me!!! The property is in walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg, so we only had to drive when we took a day trip to Pigeon Forge! Very clean and stocked with everything we needed as described! We had a GREAT anniversary trip here!!! I recommend this property for a couple or even a small family!🥰

Great Stay!

Excellent stay. Close to downtown with lots of shopping and activities. No noise complaints even at night. Only issue was we didn't have our parking pass when we first got there and we didn't get until the next morning. There was a slight "old" smell but I think that was because of the building. Excellent price for the location.

Everything was very clean and owners was responsive and allowed us to check in early. The only problem is you do not have control over the heat and the condo got down to 62 and the little heater doesn’t do much. The thermostat is Google Mist and there was no instruction booklet as stated by owner. It was really cold . But that was the only thing I can say negative . I think with it being winter a better heater like a roll around radiator might be nice. I would rent again and bring my own heater. It’s very cute and in a wonderful location

Disappointed

I have stayed in a lot of condos. This one was stocked worse than any one I’ve ever stayed in. The toilet paper and paper towels were so cheap they couldn’t be used for their intended purpose. The condo was clean but very outdated. Everything was dark and depressing. The cleaning supplies and extra linens and towels were stored on top of and beside the hot water heater. Fire hazard??? I did enjoy Gatlinburg but the condo not so much. I won’t stay in this condo again.

Tiny, needs repairs

When we booked the property, we expected 2 beds and a hide-a-bed couch. The property listed 2 beds. It also listed a pull out couch. When we got there we had a tiny apartment with a king sized bed in one room and a pull out couch that didn't work in the main room. There was a blow up mattress in the closet that leaked. We blew it up just before going to bed and sometime in the middle of the night, depending on who was sleeping on it. The jacuzzi shown in the pictures was closed over. On the positive side, the decorations are nice. The owner was easy to contact when I connected with her before we came. Admittedly, we didn't try to connect while we were there, just dealt with it. I wanted to stay in a tiny home but my family wanted more room. Just so you know, they are about the same size.
