Modern apartment with loggia

The loggia built into the roof offers, due to its very quiet location, a protected area under the open air to relax and unwind. Through the large skylights, the apartment is flooded with light. A double bed downstairs, a single bed on the gallery accessible via wooden ladder. On arrival you only have to fill the fridge otherwise you will find everything in your apartment. We wish you a nice stay. For long-term tenants, the apartment is once a month by the landlord
cleaned.

Das kleine Appartement ist sehr aufmerksam und klug eingerichtet. Aufgefallen sind uns die Aussagen - und vor allem auch die Umsetzung - der Themen "Nachhaltigkeit" und "Ressourcenschonung". Aus unserer Sicht leisten die Besitzenden einen äußerst wichtigen Beitrag zu einer positiven Entwicklung eines bisher eher vernachlässigsten Stadtgebiets.
