Each apartment has one indoor parking space.
This cozy and air-conditioned apartment is located just in front of the swimming pool and its sunbathing area.
It is located in a small residence of five apartments.
The apartment consists of:
a living room with kitchenette (kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker), dining area, lounge area,
a separate bedroom,
of a bathroom.
You will have free access to the swimming pool, the garden and the outdoor barbecue.
You will be able to park a vehicle within the grounds of the property (access secured by a lockable gate).
You will also have all the comfort you may need TV, wifi, washing machine.
You can bask in the sun on a deckchair near the swimming pool or take the opportunity to visit the Soufrière 15 minutes away, the Saintes (pier 25 minutes away), the Cousteau reserve 25 minutes away, the Carbet waterfalls 20 minutes away.
