• Extra Guest Policy: The home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. For additional guests (up to a maximum of 6), there is a fee of $35 per person, per day to cover added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. This fee applies only to guests exceeding 4.
• Hot Tub Disclaimer: While the hot tub is a wonderful amenity, please note that its availability cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time due to unexpected maintenance issues.
• Parties & Events: Parties or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. This policy ensures the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all guests, as well as the preservation of our property and the peace of the surrounding community.
• Quiet Hours: Outdoor music and noise must end by 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
