LE GÎTE DU HARAS with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, on the ground floor a large living / dining room with an insert for a good outbreak, a fully equipped kitchen, a small back kitchen with the washing machine then toilet ; Direct access to the enclosed garden through the bay window in the kitchen or through the entrance. You can park your car near the cottage.You can walk on the paths located at the exit of the gîte all around the pastures and observe the mares, foals and other trotters at rest; In the spring, you can attend foaling, which is exceptional. In the gîtes, a window opens directly onto a foaling box.New: 3ha50 of vines have been planted by the family which will give a wine (red and white) to taste from 2021! 6ha 50 were planted in spring 2023.

A lodging in the center of a rich tourist region, and with an important historical past, in particular in the east the circuit of the memory of the First World War in this country of the poppy and all the commemorations of the centenary of the war 1914/1918. To the north the very beautiful city of Arras, to the south that closer to Amiens with the world famous cathedral, the hortillonages, the St Leu district, the house of Jules Verne, the zoo, Samara etc... west, the sea with the large white sand beaches at Berck, in particular with a few meters view of the seals at low tide in the bay of Authie, St Valérie and the bay of Somme, one of the 10 most beautiful bays in the world. Speaking English, we can especially welcome our English-speaking friends who come to meditate on their loved ones in the large military cemeteries.
The stud cottage was restored at the end of 2019 for 2 of its bedrooms and the kitchen (elements, fridge / freezer in 2 parts, gas cooker are new) and at the end of 2022 for the double bedroom and the dining room;
An enclosed garden on the countryside side, quiet, in the sun.
A totally restful and rejuvenating place, where children are welcome! No other noises than that of the birds, the neighing of the horses, the breeze in the trees! It is a magnificent place that can only seduce you and invite you to come back.

A deposit of 350€ is requested on arrival.
Electricity costs according to the meter are not included in the rental price and are requested at the end of the stay or each month for long stays. (They are not included to give everyone the freedom to manage the heating in winter)
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be hired.
