Please come and spend your holidays in complete safety and tranquillity in this amazing and very cleaning villa in the warmest and safest region of Spain. No car needed. Close to beaches and food shops(10mn on foot), modern Villa south facing 135 m² (1460 sq. ft.) entirely independent for 2 at 6 adults with a very nice walled garden 320 m² (3450 sq. ft.) and a large private heated pool. The heating of the pool will be programmed at 28° in off-season (with an additional cost between €120 and €180/week depending the season). The property is located on the Costa Calida, between Alicante & Cartagena, just 25 minutes from Airport Murcia (RMU) and 45mn from Alicante airport (ALC). This region enjoy about 315 sunny days a year and the villa is located at 500 m from the sandy beaches and many food stores, (Lidl, Aldi, Spar...) and bars and restaurants (between 300 and 500m).
***On the ground floor :
Beautiful fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, separate freezer and coffee machine Nespresso)
- Large dining room and living room with a sofa bed (140x190) and a 50 inch Smart TV with English channels and DVD player.
- 1 Bedroom with a king size.
- 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Nice bathroom with a large shower.

Lovely villa and well equipped with all you need. Amazing pool which was the perfect size for fun/games or to swim lengths. Great family holiday

Great place to stay everything you need in the villa was bigger than we was expecting. Was a little worried the children would get a little bored not at all they were never out off the pool. Everything is so close by and the owners are brilliant nothing is to much trouble. Hoping to book again next year would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful spacious villa. The host couldnt do enough to help, Marie even booked our taxis, when we wanted a trip out. Friendly restaurants, especially the one attached to the camp site near by. The italian one does amazing food.

This is a fantastic villa and Marie is an outstanding host - her communication throughout the booking process and our stay was excellent.Marie and her husband met us at the villa on our arrival, talked us through everything and showed us around. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a few nice welcome touches too!It is very comfortable, with effective air conditioning and large ceiling fans, which were great for getting ready and sleeping...as it was very warm during our stay.The neighbourhood is very quiet and residential, so just perfect for lounging by the pool with a good book or having a snooze in the sun.It's a flat, easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops, also the lovely promenade overlooking the Mar Menor - we had a rental car that hardly moved as everything was so handy.In conclusion, I would thoroughly recommend booking this lovely villa - a lot of thought and hard work has gone into it and Marie fully deserves the many glowing reviews from previous renters.Thanks again for everything, we'll hopefully be back sometime soon!

The villa is absolutely lovely, very well equipped and beautifully appointed. The air- conditioning enabled us to live comfortably in the August heat. It is also very well located being so close to all the amenities but in a quiet residential area. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. We stayed with our two kids (14&11) together with our mother (76). The villa is spacious & clean with three good sized bedrooms: the master bedroom and en suite upstairs is particularly lovely. The pool is immaculate - clean and very refreshing - with convenient sun-beds and parasols. Villa has a BBQ, Table-Tennis table, a small gym, a number of board games and a large TV. Enough to keep young and old well occupied.Marie and her husband are perfect hosts. Attentive, welcoming and responsive. With our mother with us, having a car was essential as shops, beach front and main restaurant area are a bit of a walk, but will be fine for most. It's also worth it for seeing some of the local sights, Murcia, Alicante and the Roman amphitheatre in Cartagena are all within reach and well worth a visit.

10 night stay in June

We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at this villa. It was exactly as described and we received a very warm welcome from Marie and Franck. The hosts had organised our taxi from the airport and they also provided a much needed welcome pack of essentials as we arrived quite late. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but Marie checked in via WhatsApp a couple of times just to make sure everything was ok. The villa had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend the villa and the hosts.

The villa was amazing and and contained everything we could have wished for It was pristeen and Marie Ange was very helpfull with organising transfers, and providing advice on the local area. We have 3 little kids who loved the pool and we could relax due to the security of the villa. Already miss the fresh lemons off the tree which went perfectly with cold Sangria!! Couldn't ask for a better place and will be going back next year!!

From our arranged (by Marie) pick up from Murcia airport to our departure our hosts could not have been more helpful. The Villa is very comfortable with seating areas at the back and front of the villa. Pool is lovely also very clean. The villa is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals and the BBQ is super. About 10 minutes walk from supermarkets and beaches. Weather was wonderful. We would recommend this villa and thank you to our hosts Marie and Franck.
