A unique location!!<br><br>In our 400 m2 property, you will find 1 large living room (60m2 and dining room 40m2), 1 fully equipped kitchen of 30 m2, 6 bedrooms (from 12 to 20 m2) equipped with double beds (5 x 160x200+ 1x140x200) (3 of which are air-conditioned), 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 1 laundry room (washing machine, ironing board, iron). A BB cot, a baby chair and fans available on request.<br>We have 3 adorable cats who live on our property, they are very independent but love to be petted and are discreet.<br>A 400 m2 car park on the ground floor will accommodate your various vehicles.
