Nous louons notre maison de vacances aux Sables d’Olonne
Maison typique sablaise rénovée avec cour. Dans une rue calme et recherchée, quartier Bel Air. Vous êtes les bienvenus à la maison.
Tout à pied ! 10min pour la plage, 4min pour le marché Arago, 10 min pour la gare.
Stationnement gratuit dans la rue.
3 chambres, 6 couchages (et en plus 1 canapé-lit 2 places soit 8 couchages maxi), grand salon/salle à manger, cuisine équipée (four, micro-onde, lave vaisselle, lave-linge, bouilloire, grille pain,…) salle d’eau et WC séparés, TV et wifi.
1 cour avec grill électrique, salon de jardin, toile de protection solaire et cabanon pour accueillir vélos et planches de surf !
Mise à disposition d’un lit bébé.
Linge de lit et serviettes non fournis mais possible de passer par le service de conciergerie avec qui nous vous mettrons en relation.
Location en week-end possible également en dehors des périodes de vacances scolaires
