Escape to this beautiful ranch home with a private sand bottom lake right in your backyard! South Lake is a 100-acre private all sports lake, conveniently nestled in the Irish Hills. You can use the 2 kayaks, or the 2 pedal boats to explore the lake, enjoy a nice cozy fire at the firepit, or just relax and enjoy the beautiful lake view. The home has central air conditioning to keep you comfortable while indoors and every bedroom
including the great room has a ceiling fan. The huge great room with a dining area has plenty of room for everyone. Perfect to sit and relax or take in a movie on the Sony Google TV, all while enjoying a breathtaking view of the lake. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals and has a large island that will seat 4 people. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, all on one floor. The walk out basement gives you even more space to gather. There's a Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table, Basketball Game, Pac-Man video game, Giant Wooden Connect Four game and a game table for hours of endless fun. The Florida Room just off the great room is another space you're sure to love and enjoy with family and friends. Enjoy dinner on the deck, there is a patio table & chairs and a newer built in gas grille. We also have a pontoon boat on site that seats up to 10 people available to rent.
Just minutes away from Michigan International Speedway, other area attractions only minutes away include The Mighty Oak Par 3 Golf Course and Range, Cherry Creek Cellars, Hidden Lake Gardens, Bundy Hill Off Road Park, several area lake front restaurants and much, much more.
