Do not rent this property

There is a horrible smell. It is filthy and so disgusting. You will not be able to eat in your kitchen. We found many things to be broken and everything was dirty. We asked the manager (who is wonderful) to clean the kitchen. They came and cleaned, but it still was disgusting. We couldn't sit on the sofa, it was also dirty and not comfortable. The king bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were filthy. You needed to wear your shoes at all times in this property. And the smell was over powering. I have contacted the Florida department of commerce to complain about this rental. VRBO should not allow it. We went to another rental because we were not able to stay there.
