We are offering this charming flat for rent in the village of Villarembert, within walking distance of the ski resort and featuring a swimming pool within the residential complex. It measures 29 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 16 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 16 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet

Outdoors:
- Heated outdoor swimming pool, open from 18 December to 15 April, and from 2 July to 27 August. Outside these dates, the swimming pool is closed. (Opening dates are not binding and are subject to change).
- A private balcony of approximately 3.7 m², facing north-west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days.

You’ll enjoy the residence’s ideal location, just 50 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the nearest shops, and 350 m from the ESF nursery. At an altitude of 1,500 m, the resort of Le Corbier offers exceptional panoramic views of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks; everything is in place to ensure you have a most enjoyable stay!
The ‘L’Épicurien’ restaurant and bar is open in the residence throughout both the winter and summer seasons. Here you can enjoy tartiflette, fondue and raclette, as well as pizzas. Pastries and bread are available in the morning, subject to order.

Activities:
- There are plenty of activities on offer: downhill skiing, hiking, a snow park, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-led sleigh rides…
- A wide range of ESF activities, a welcome drinks reception with live music, the HARIBO sledge race, human curling, farm visits and a torchlight descent.
- The resort has held the “Famille Plus” accreditation since 2006, offering activities suitable for all ages.
- Sports activities: balance bike and scooter park for 3–12-year-olds / 7.4 km trail for e-bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Free shuttle bus to the top of the resort, 100 metres from the residence.
- Saint-Jean de Maurienne railway station is a 25-minute drive away.
- Chambéry Airport is a 1 hour 15-minute drive away (shuttles available from the airport).

Other notes:
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are not binding and are subject to change by Le Corbier resort.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
- Free Wi-Fi is available. The connection can sometimes be unstable; please contact the residence if you require any assistance with this.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Ski storage room in the residence.
- Lift to the ski storage room and the swimming pool
- Parents are solely responsible for their children whilst they are swimming.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
