We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Peyriac-de-Mer, this charming house of a surface of 115 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 34 m², equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 300 m². Wifi, sheets included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A kitchen equipped with a large fridge/freezer, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Thomson coffee machine with ground coffee...
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed
- A bathroom with shower

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue/plancha, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Peyriac-de-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. Impasse with 3 semi-detached houses close to the heart of the village and the footpaths, in particular the "sentier des planches" on the salt water ponds. In the heart of the village, several restaurants, a bakery, a mini-market Proxi...
Every Monday morning on the village square, the local market is set up with vegetables, cooked dishes, regional products...
Not forgetting the Rocbère Cooperative Cellar where you can taste and buy white, rosé or red local wines!

- Beach of Doul at the exit of the village 2 km from the house.
- Oeil de mer: ideal for swimming for young and old.
- Numerous hiking trails, starting from the village, around the salt water ponds and on the ridges to discover splendid panoramas!

- African Reserve of Sigean at 2 km.
- Abbaye de Fonfroide, the Cité de Carcassonne at 50 km.
- The Terra Vinea underground cellar which will tell you all about the local history of the vine.
- Narbonne and its market "Les Halles de Narbonne" crowned the most beautiful market in France in 2022... a must-see for the diversity and quality of its table products!
- Discovery of the whole Mediterranean coast, up to the Spanish border with La Junqera and the Gran Jonquera!

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in front of the garage on the private parking of the house.

- Nearest train station: Narbonne train station, about 20 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport about 48 minutes drive
