Chalet on stilts with a large terrace of 20m2 (table, chairs, deckchairs and parasol). Upstairs, living room-kitchen (satellite TV, WiFi, gas hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), bedroom with a double bed, bedroom-cabin with two bunk beds, mezzanine with an extra bed for two people, bathroom (hairdryer, washing machine). On the ground floor there is a closed shelter for bicycles or other sports equipment. All shops and beach restaurants nearby. Beach and water sports centre 150m away. Bicycle path at 150m.
Authentic wooden chalet on stilts with shutters closed in the old-fashioned way, keeping the spirit of the famous film 37°2.
All taxes are included in the price.
Sheets and towels are not provided. Sheets can be rented. (10€ per bed)
Cleaning on departure obligatory (45 €) for rentals with animals.
Fixed price for cleaning on departure 45€ (if taken, the rental will be vacated at 10am)

Charming chalet

Really well equipped and stylish - a delight! Had everything you need. Ideal for 2 plus youngsters. Takes 6 but would be a squeeze. Host was really good and welcomed us to the property. Would definitely stay again.

Trés beau chalet situé dans un cadre calme mais à proximité immédiate de la plage et des commerces du quartier.Le chalet est bien équipé et climatisé, trés appréciable en cette période caniculaire...Notre hÎte était courtois et disponible.

Das Haus ist einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Einer der FensterlÀden hat sich sofort beim öffnen des Fernsters gelöst und ist herunter gefallen.

Wunderbares Chalet

Tolles Chalet in bester Lage. Alles da an Austattung, was man braucht. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne Terasse mit seitlichem Meerblick. Ca 200 Meter zum Strand. Restaurant und Beachbar auch in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Wir waren schon öfters in Gruissan Plage, haben aber nach einem kleineren Chalet gesucht, da wir inzwischen ohne Kinder unterwegs sind und keine drei großen Schalfzimmer mehr benötigen. Dieses Chalet passte perfekt, wĂŒrde aber auch gut mit Kindern gehen. Unser Sohn hĂ€tte das 'Piratenest' absolut geliebt. Das Kinderzimmer mit Stockbetten ist ebenfalls praktisch. Fazit: Ein schönes Chalet mit genau dem Charme, den wir schĂ€tzen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
