Séjour reposant

L'appartement est très bien situé: 5 mn de la plage. L'équipement cité sur le site et les photos correspondent à la réalité. Roxane et son mari sont attentifs au bien-être des locataires. La résidence est calme. A 5 mn, il y a une supérette et des restaurants. Tout est propre et entretenu. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour en famille: Piscine, mer, terrains de pétanque et tennis, jeux pour enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les repas sur le balcon au calme et la climatisation dans le séjour lors des fortes chaleurs. A conseiller ++

Cadre agréable mais appartement à améliorer

La résidence est très bien située, à proximité immédiate de la plage, comme mentionné dans l'annonce, et de commerces. En revanche, les deux piscines sont accessibles uniquement aux maillots de bain et non aux shorts, comme les jeux de ballon y sont interdits. Des règles strictes non précisées en amont. L'appartement nécessite plusieurs aménagements, comme le ventilateur extérieur de la climatisation qui donne directement sur la terrasse, un frigo qui ne refroidit pas assez, un robinet dans la salle de bain en sale état, des patères décollées et une télévision beaucoup trop grande pour le petit espace à vivre. Nous avons aussi rencontré un gros problème de fourmis, qui a mis du temps à se régler avec les propriétaires. Sentiments mitigés au final, même si le cadre est très agréable.

Roxane nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et chaleur. Elle est réactive et efficace. La location correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Elle est agréable et d'une propreté exemplaire. Une location très plaisante.
