In die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der schönere Strand ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, konnte aber nicht alle Fernsehprogramme zum Laufen bringen.

Propreté extrêmement limite, ustensiles de cuisine et électroménager très obsolètes. Aucun effort pour rétablir le wifi pendant 14 jours. L’appartement n’a pas de climatisation dans les chambres et aurait vraiment besoin de rénovation. Environnement extérieur top.

Der gesamte Urlaub war wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist super. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und sehr schnell beim Antworten. Das ist ein Urlaub wie man sich ihn wünscht!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement à Saint Aygulf. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité des sentiers côtiers pour des départs de balades. Bel environnement bien entretenu! A conseiller sans hésitation!

Folgendes hat uns gut gefallen: + viel Geschirr und Küchenutensilien vorhanden + grosser Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen, Sonnenstore, Wäschetrockner + Gepflegte Anlage mi Pool, Ping pong Tisch und Tennisplatz + Reservation des Tennisplatzes möglich + PP in Wohnungsnähe + Sonnenschirm für Strand vorhanden + Waschmaschine vorhanden + grosser Kühl-/Gefrierschrank Zu bemängeln haben wir: - Wohnung wurde schon lange nicht mehr gründlich geputzt!!! Unter dem Bett, in der Dusche, in den Küchenschränken, das Sofa, die Böden waren ziemlich schmuddelig, fleckig und verschmutzt - Duschtrennwand nicht dicht, Wasser rinnt in den Ecken - Matratze im grossen Bett ist durchgelegen Die Wohnung sollte von einer Putzfrau obligatorisch nach jedem Wechsel geputzt werden!

Un excellent choix

Un appartement spacieux, parfaitement bien équipé, et que l'on s'approprie très vite tellement on s'y sent bien. Nous avons vraiment fait le bon choix. Tout était réunis pour passer une excellente semaine: l'habitation, et sa belle terrasse, les jardins, la proximité de la petite plage (un vrai coup de cœur), les commerces accessibles à pied, sans oublier les bords de mer à découvrir en empruntant le "sentier des douaniers". Je ne terminerai pas sans faire un clin d'œil à Gérard pour son accueil sympathique et sa disponibilité. Oui, décidément ce fut un excellent choix, et je ne parle même pas des 7 jours de tempête de ciel bleu que nous avons eus.

Het is een mooi appartement op loopafstand van het strand. Het appartement is op een park met meer vakantiehuizen, keurig onderhouden tuinen en een mooi zwembad. Het appartement is netjes, qua inrichting iets verouderd. Mooi groot balkon en airco in de woonkamer.

Großzügige Wohnung in schöner Anlage

Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung der Internetseite. Lediglich bezüglich der Bereitstellung von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche sollten sich die Vermieter und Fewo-direkt verständigen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben alles vorgefunden was wir brauchen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, es ist ein Parkplatz in der Anlage vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend und wir haben den großen Balkon mit Blick in die Anlage und zum Meer genossen. Die Badebucht ist in 5 min. zu erreichen. Der Pool öffnet leider erst um 9.00 Uhr. Der Nachbarort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist fußläufig zu erreichen (20 min.) und es gibt neben den Stränden auch Wanderwege ins Hinterland. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter sind leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben den Urlaub in Les Issambres genossen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite résidence aérée. Son plus : une grande terrasse et proche d'une jolie plage à pied. Le propriétaire est sur place pour vous accueillir. Equipement de l'appartement complet. Propre et calme . A recommander sans hésiter !

Très bon séjour!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten, ruhigen Anlage. Sie ist geräumig und hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Der Balkon ist wirklich so groß, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns nichts. Der Wohnraum ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, nur der eine oder andere Stuhl ist schon etwas wackelig auf den Beinen. In der Nähe gibt es eine schöne, kleine Badebucht, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. St. Aygulf (mit Geschäften, Restaurants und einem großen Wochenmarkt) ist über eine ruhige Nebenstraße in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin und die Schlüsselübergabe waren sehr nett und unkompliziert, es wurde sogar extra Bettwäsche für uns angeschafft, weil wir keine dabei hatten. Merci beaucoup! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und hoffen, dass wir die Wohnung wieder mieten können.
