Pretty good!

We had 12 stay with us it was the perfect location for Florabama, my only suggestion would be to have extra sheets and blankets in the unit because it only comes with one extra of each. Other than that, great price for the location.

Even with a thorough cleaning this condo is simply run down. The bathrooms are old and the beds creaked. Luckily the A/C works great. A new coffee pot is definitely needed since the bottom is corroded.

Disappointed

As soon as we entered the condo the lack of cleanliness was evident. The floors were standing with dirty water where they had recently mopped (sloshed water on the floor), there was filth splattered in spots on the walls and baseboards. There was no working light in the master bath, the tub in the hall bath wouldn’t drain, the rug in the living room was gross and stained. The balcony floor was so sticky with grime that we wouldn’t let the kids walk out there without shoes. We had to wipe down all the furniture and cushions on the balcony with soap and water, they were disgusting and had food and crumbs all over. I emailed the property manager and received an email that someone would be contacting us but that did not happen. We also called the front desk for the light and missing remotes and they did send someone the next day and they were able to fix the light. The entire condo is run down and needs a deep cleaning and paint. The pictures are highly misleading. We are disappointed and upset that no one reached out to try and rectify the situation. Over $3,000 for a disappointing stay.
