Beautiful home in a quiet gated community -Main floor bedroom has a king bed with attached spa like bathroom, Sofa Couch down stairs that opens to Queen bed, We have a powder bath down stairs off the living area and a Full size Washer and Dryer in the laundry room ! Upstairs you will find a King bed with attached shared bathroom with a Queen bedroom next to it , large game room with pool table and across the cat walk is another bedroom with a Queen bed and down the hall a bunk room with Full size bed on bottom and twin on top there's also a child's youth/crib bed as well as a pack and play to use for your little ones ! Outside these two rooms is a full bathroom to be shared Note: all bedrooms have TV's
Large fully stocked Kitchen with plenty of room to cook and enjoy time with your family and friends, we have keroug /coffee pot, and plenty of small appliances. Full size refrigerator, 5 burner gas cook top , gas oven and microwave oven, wine cooler, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Breakfast table that seats 6 and bar top with two bar stools , we also have a large formal dining table that can seat 8-10 guest .
Outside you will find a Beautiful pool with large hot tub over looking a man made Lake with spectacular sunsets and fountains.. Two outdoor patios with outdoor kitchen that includes a full size refrigerator and freezer, Large Grill for cooking, sink and plenty of space for prepping - outdoor bathroom with shower-Large seated bar area , motorized solar screens with large screen TV and electric fireplace - Many neighborhood amenities available -tennis courts, basketball courts, parks , neighborhood pools( seasonal ) and splash pad(seasonal ) access to side walk around the lakes and a work out facility in the club house!
Garage has air hockey/ping pong table ! We have a Tandem bike -Outdoor games Darts, Giant Jenga, corn hole, connect 4 , as well as Volley Ball Pool-
shallow on both ends and deeper in the middle to enjoy a game of volley ball !
A beautiful lake right outside the gate to walk around and enjoy seeing the wild life ! Plenty of outdoor seating and umbrellas, pool lounge chairs and floats !
Note- the property has active recording cameras 24/7 outside of the home - if the noise level is to high we will contact you to lower the noise as to reduce disturbing our neighbors !
NOTE- HOA restricts over night street parking - In the event all of your vehicles do not fit in the drive way you can park at the club house parking lot ( just around the corner )
and carpool guest to the property !
Quiet Hours are between 10 pm and 7am we ask you to be respectful of our neighbors!
No Large Events or Gatherings without prior authorization and there WILL be an additional fee for events if it's approved !

Perfect for our family

We had 6 adults (2 single adults) and 6 kids ranging in age from 11-16. The house fit us all very nicely and we had plenty of space to hang out. The hot tub was huge and we hung out there a lot. The pool was great as well. The hosts were great to work with and always answered our questions immediately. They went above and beyond on a couple of asks and respected our privacy through it all. If we ever come back to Houston, we will for sure look up the house again.

Daughter Wedding

The house was fantastic. Very clean and spacious. We are already talking about trying to go back in the future, to relax and enjoy the pool. Very close to nice restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. Highly recommend.

My daughters 10th birthday

We booked this as a gift to our daughter for her birthday. She wanted to stay in a big house with a pool. This was above our expectations. Super clean. Super beautiful. Literal paradise in the city. The owners were so gracious and accommodating. Even helping us figure out the pool remote 😅 They really went out of their way to make sure everything was just how she wanted it. Making her 10th birthday one to remember for sure. Thank you so much.

Team work trip

This property was amazing. Lots of amenities and lots of thought to the guest experience. Would definitely stay here again for work or personally. Our team prefers to stay this way instead of hotels with all the travel we do. The owners were excellent with communication and providing directions/instructions for everything. Very nice neighborhood and the hot tub and pool are amazing with the lake view. One of the top properties we have stayed.

Fantastic Experience

This property and all the amenities was simply fantastic! The photographs online were beautiful and the property was even better once we walked in the door. The owners have thought of everything! All of the appliances worked and the pantry was fully stocked with useful items. While we didn't use the pool, we did spend time in the hot tub and using the outside kitchen facility. The owners even suppplied all of ingredients for smores including the fully prepared firepit. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was by far the best experience!

We love to travel and enjoy life yet we still love to enjoy our beautiful home from time to time.. with that being said we are excited to welcome you to enjoy it while we are away ! We have four grown children and three grandchildren and love to go visit and enjoy time with them every chance we get ! We still gather here to enjoy holidays and family times together every chance we get ! Our neighbors are quiet and friendly and have been our friends for many years ! The gated community provides a safe and secure stay for you and your family ! We provide gate access cards to enter the neighborhood when coming and going so you will not need to check in with the gate keeper every time you enter the neighborhood - these same cards allow you into the workout facility as well as the pools and splash pads - we have basketball courts, tennis courts to enjoy and a nice lake behind our home you can enjoy a walk on the pathways!

This property is spacious and has so many things to do within the neighborhood -
We have our gorgeous private pool and hot tub (pool can be heated on request for additional charge ) Large outdoor kitchen and bath house with a living area to watch the big screen TV - We have a second patio with a dining table! Games are available ( darts, giant jenga - corn hold- giant connect four -pool volley ball ! Inside we have a commercial size pool table in the game room and an air hockey/ping pong table in the garage !
We also have two community pools - a splash pad around the corner that the kids will love. Tennis courts , basketball courts and a work out facility as well as parks for the kids to play ! A lake behind the house with gate access from the back yard and a sidewalk around it for a nice walk , jog or bike ride ( do not leave children unattended around the lake or the pool ) aprox walk is 1.2 miles around the lake!
We are a gated community with 24 hour security !

We are just 20 mins from IAH just 10 mins to The Woodlands area with Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion ( Concerts ) Ice Skating- Children's museums. Hurricane Harbor splash town is just 10 mins away as well as the historic Old Town Spring with lots of shopping and great places to eat! Hughes Landing is also just 10-15 min away ! Grocery stores are within minutes away ( Krogers, HEB and Walmart ) The Regal Movie theatres is 5 mins away ! Kirby Ice house ( adults only ) is a nice venue with outdoor /indoor bar with the longest bar in Texas ! Sawyers Park is a fun Family sports bar just 10 mins away ! If your in the mood for the beach and pleasure pier Galveston is aprox one hour and 20 mins away along with Moody Gardens - NRG Reliant stadium is 45 min to one hour drive! Minute Maid park is aprox 35 min away as well as George R Brown as well as The Houston Zoo !
With Quick easy access to the Grand Parkway and Hardy Toll Rd you can get anywhere quickly. ( EZ tag required) I-45 is also a quick drive( no tolls required)
