Una casa muy bien situada para descubrir la zona, que es una maravilla, donde andando puedes ir a calas preciosas , al puerto en unos 20' y en 30' al casco antiguo de Llançá.Ideal para pasar unos dias en famila o pareja, con todas las comodidades ,muy limpia y con una comunicación perfecta con la dueña y su hijo, muy amables. Herrlich! Jederzeit wieder!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit kleinem Garten incl. Zitronenbaum. Top ausgestattet, alles da, was man so braucht. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die gut zu erreichen sind und tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend haben. Nur 5 min. zum Strand zu laufen, tolle Wanderungen in der Gegend. Es war ein Traum-Urlaub, hoffentlich können wir bald wieder kommen!

Acabamos de volver de una estancia perfecta en el apartamento, además recién renovado, de Valerie. Tal y como ya muestran las fotos en la página web, el apartamento es muy, muy completo y la cocina está muy bien equipada. Sólo estaría bien tener algún utensilio más para la barbacoa, pero improvisamos un poco e igualmente salió genial. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! ¡Repetiremos!

Die Unterkunft ist für 2-3 Personen genau richtig. Alles sehr hell und sauber mit einer neu renovierten Küche, die alle notwendigen elektrischen Geräte beinhaltet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden ebenso zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin hat sofort auf meine Anfragen reagiert. Wir kommen wieder.

Ya es la tercera vez que venimos

Como en las otras ocasiones que hemos estado aquí, hemos estado muy agusto en casa de Valérie. Todo limpio, cómodo, cerquisima de la playa, con un jardín que nos encanta. Esperando volver de nuevo!!

Niedliches Haus nicht weit vom Meer

Hi, wir haben den Sommer ein wenig verlängert. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt ein schönes kleines Haus mit kleinem Garten. Valerie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin die das ganze Händling sehr einfach und unkompliziert gestalltet.

Nous allons à Llança chaque année depuis 20 ans et nous avons vraiment apprécié l'appartement et son très beau jardin privatif il est facile de se garer devant si qui n est pas négligeable.

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación de la casa, a 4 minutos caminando de la playa y del super, en un sitio muy tranquilo. Se puede llegar a Llançà en 20 minutos caminando por el bonito camino de ronda, todo el trayecto es fácil. El jardín de la casa es ideal para que los niños y adultos se entretengan. Tiene bbq. El baño estaba recién reformado, lo estrenamos nosotros. La cocina está bien equipada, con varios juegos de utensilios, sartenes, cazuelas etc. La casa estaba muy limpia. Valerie y su hija fueron muy flexibles con el check in y check out. Fueron muy amables y fue fácil comunicarnos. Nos recomendaron sitios para ver y para comer. Totalmente recomendable.

Alles super, gerne wieder

Es hat uns gleich zu Beginn sehr gefallen. Alles war vorbereitet um eine schöne Zeit verbringen zu können. Zum Strand 2 Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Zudem ein idealer Startpunkt für die unterschiedlichsten Aktivitäten um sich auszupowern. Oder sich auf der Terrasse nur auszuruhen. schönes Haus in idealer Lage , sehr zu empfehlen -:)

Ideale Lage , Entfernung zum Meer in 2 Minuten zu Fuß, so kann man mehrmals am Tag einfach zum Schwimmen gehen. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr schöne , von ringsherum nicht einsehbare Terrasse. Mit einem schönen Garten, während unseres Aufenthaltes ( Ende August 2 Wochen ) haben beinahe alle Pflanzen geblüht. Wir haben die Zeit neben dem großen Zitronenbaum genossen. ( Lesen, einfach nur chillen ). WLAN kostenlos im Haus und auf der Terrasse. LT4G-Netz überall an der gesamten Küste. Es war alles sehr ordentlich, alle Wäsche wurde uns ohne Aufpreis bereitgestellt, ein PKW-Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus vorhanden, den Einkaufsladen findet man in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. ( hier auch Bäcker, abends bis 21 h geöffnet ). Ein von Rettungsschwimmern überwachter Sandstrand, auch für kleine Kinder sehr gut geeignet, der Bahnhof in Llanca in 5 Minuten mit dem PKW, sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberfamilie ( alle gängigen Sprachen fliessend ). Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise und Abreise war einwandfrei. Und wir fanden am Anreisetag einen leckeren Begrüßungstrunk im Kühlschrank. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Vielen herzlichen Dank -:)

Logement fonctionnel, typique, bien situé et très agréable

La maison est très agréable et située à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage de Grifeu. La propreté dans l'ensemble des pièces est irréprochable. On peut facilement prendre les repas à l'extérieur car la terrasse est bien protégée du vent ou du soleil. Le jardin est reposant, entretenu et bien fleuri. Un citronnier offre de l'ombre. La propriétaire est une dame charmante qui dégage "du sérieux" et une envie de bien accueillir les locataires.
