059 Dauphin Tale -- Brand new on our rental program, gorgeous 2nd tier house with incredible gulf view on Dauphin Island's premiere far west end. You will appreciate the charming details found throughout this stylish beach house from the marble countertop kitchen island, formal six top dining table, and outdoor dining with a view from the gulf-facing deck. Pet-friendly and sleeps an impressive twelve with a King in the Master, two queens in the 2nd bedroom, two fulls in the 3rd bedroom, two twins in the 4th bedroom, and sleeper sofas. Flatscreen tvs in each bedroom.

Things to know about our Dauphin Island Rentals:
Pet friendly with non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
All linens are provided
Charcoal grill provided
You must be at least 25 years old to rent

Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 11% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, optional travel insurance.

Saturday to Saturday reservations required during peak summer season. ADSFR Fishing Rodeo weekly rentals only.

Great location and beautiful beach.

Great spot to get away with family. We stayed for a week and had a blast. Beach is 30ft away from deck steps. Would recommended this place to stay.

Beach getaway with family

Great location! We loved the house. The only issue is a few roaches and the gas grill is broken. ACP responded after the second message and brought over a charcoal grill for us to use. Overall a great experience!

Great house for extended family beach getaway

The layout of the house worked perfectly for us with 5 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfy and views great. We weren’t able to enjoy the patio much due to the winds and saltwater spray and also didn’t use the grill. We did see a few cockroachs during our stay but the house was very clean otherwise.

Great Home, Great Location

Absolutely great location. We’ll stock house with all the essentials. Accurate description of property. Only down fall was the house was not cleaned. Bunk beds had candy wrappers underneath bedding, candy wrappers pushed under dressers. Our daughter slept on the couch because bedding was not changed. Master bedroom had someone else’s clothing still in nightstand, candy wrappers still on top nightstand. Master bed also looked as if the covers where just used and not changed.

Overall, pretty nice

House was comfortable and very easy to get the kids out to the beach. Layout of the house worked great for us. Management was very helpful and easy to work with. We arrived after dark and I parked by the steps to easily get our luggage in. Next morning, my car was STUCK. Had to call a tow truck. We had 2 vehicles that we had to park very strategically to not get stuck again. My biggest complaint- my kids feet were black on the first day even before hitting the beach. Floors were not cleaned well at all before we arrived. We noticed roaches in the kitchen, and a lot of roach traps under furniture where my little people were reaching to get cars and toys. Also the sheets were super scratchy, bring your own blankets. The washer was extremely moldy. House was pretty well stocked and had a cute beach theme. Neighbors were friendly. House was close to everything we needed.

We loved our stay! Beautiful well equipped home. Perfect layout and amenities. Loved having a deck in front and back. Close to the point and beach right outside the door. We will be back!

Friends and I had a great time staying at this house. Locations is great! Sleeping arrangements are good for a big group. They have a charcoal grill and a gas grill, but the gas grill was broken :( Would definitely stay here again!!!

Family vacation

The house was a great fit for my family. We had an age range of 5 to 84 and it was a perfect location to take kids to and from the beach. The space was great and under the house was perfect for a rainy day.

We stayed at this cute little house. Kitchen has just about everything you need. Plenty of towels, too. The description is a little off. There a 4 bedrooms but the master shares the bathroom with the adjoining room. The tub is fabulous but the shower in that bath is small. The bedroom adjoining has a queen. The bedrooms in the other side of the house shared the main bathroom. The bunkbed room was perfect, even had outlets for the upper bunks! The other bedroom has a queen. The sofas a comfortable, naps happened on these for some of my family. The back deck you can see right into the house next to it. You do get a fantastic breeze from the gulf and the bay. This place was nice and the rental company is super nice and helpful. All in all this place was nice but we learned we need a little more space for our large family.

Loved this house and location!

We stayed here with two other couples and our kids (2 children and 1 infant) The room with bunk beds was perfect for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The only part of the house we didn't care for was the shared bathroom between the rooms with the king and queen beds. I would suggest adding a door to separate the toilet and shower from the vanity and tub. The location was wonderful and perfect for us! We enjoyed breakfast on the deck with pelicans (so many pelicans!) flying by. Morning and evening walks along the shore picking up seashells was just what I needed to decompress from the craziness of "real life". Overall, great vacation spot! Thanks so much!

Family vacation

The house was great but the road was flooded and it never stopped raining while we were there so we couldn't do much. All of the outside stuff on the island was flooded or wasnt open for us to shop. I wish there would have been stuff for little kids to do at the house since we were pretty much stuck in it our entire trip. I recommend electric outlet covers where small kids cant stick their fingers in outlet. The house had a great view of beach. The rental place was great we called them to let them know an electric line to the house broke and was in the drive and we couldn't get out and they called the electric company to come fix it. We loved the house it was nice and I would recommend it if someone was going to island.

Relaxing vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the location being so close to the beach. We also enjoyed that it was not crowded at all! We would definitely stay again.
