Lovely Fanily Vacation House

This is a spacious home in a very nice neighborhood in Cambridge. Our Host Alex welcomed us with a great array of snacks to set the tone. Spent lots of family time on the screened in front porch. Backyard was great for our dogs. A few of our family had to work so they made good use of the desk in the LR & took advantage of Alex’s kind offer to use his monitor. Would definitely return to this charming home.

Owners made our trip that much better with great communication

Our family stayed in this house for a weekend getaway and it was just what we needed. The house was well stocked with anything we could need and the owner even supplied us with some snacks to get us going when we arrived so we didn't need to stress about running to the grocery store before our vacation started. Not only is the house great but the area is amazing too. Great neighborhood and town for long walks and exploring the Eastern shore and the cute town not even a mile away. Also, the location of Cambridge is great if you want to take a day trip to another Eastern shore town not even 3o minutes away. If our family had any questions about anything, the owner answered within a couple hours and gave us detailed advice about the area and just made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Great experience. Great property.

Great Place

We were in town for the "Crab Run" and Alex's house was just down the street from the race area. It was nice to be close and have a place to relax before and after the race. We also spent some time checking out the town and local attractions.

Quiet, homey get-away

Our group had a great stay over a spring long weekend. The house was clean and comfy with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the screened front porch and back deck. We had 5 adults and one dog and there was plenty of room for all. Alex went out of his way to make sure we were prepared and even took steps to make sure the dog was comfy. Close to downtown and we enjoyed both the Harriet Tubman National Historic Site and Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. Thanks for a relaxing weekend!
