The house is located on a quiet street right across from the Choptank River. It is walking distance to Sailwinds park that has a great playground for the kids. The pier offered fishing and crabbing opportunities for all. The Crabby Casa had an amazing sparkling clean pool. The kids loved it even though the weather was cool and breezy during our stay.The top deck and front windows offer great views of the sunrise. You can watch blue heron, osprey, geese, and other birds.The home had mini split air conditioners which kept the space comfortable. An included washer and dryer were convenient. The house has an unusual layout. My grandson loved it because it was like a maze! It could use some minor repairs and a little better cleaning inside. Beside that, the kids had a wonderful time at their Crabby Casa stay.

Great views - but not clean.

Views are amazing , but the pool was not cleaned prior to our arrival. This was disappointing because the pool was the thing we were most exited about. Most of the dishes we tried to use were put back in the cupboard dirty. After the third time finding stuck on food we were tired of trying to cook.

The pool was clean the few days before you're arrival. I cannot control the weather in the Leaves blowing in the pool, sorry you felt that it wasn't clean, And the sand particles in the. pool was from the De filter and it was not. Sand from the beach. Can you tell me there was one Pan? That was dirty, not the whole kitchen. The give me a rating of 3 I think is unfair.

This house might be good for others, just not me. It's like a maze, weird layout. Sleeps like 12 but only 2 bathrooms. Very dirty, cobwebs, so much dirt on floor on 3rd level. Had to clean on my vacation. Needs repairs, side door has big hole in..front door when u open cobwebs and spiders..outside needs cleaned up branches laying back of driveway several branches, if removed would allow more parking. Shed by pool needs painted, don't open doors, scary in there. Really needs a 4 person cleaning team to get it cleaned up for the cost per night. I only enjoyed view from deck and kitchen is nice.

There was two people that cleaned the house for a day and a half and I can't believe that there was dust on the third floor spiders come and go outside all the time cannot control I hired a landscaper to pick up the branches a few weeks ago he has not showed up yet as far as parking even with the branches there you still have parking for about 10 cars sorry it is not an open floor plan in my house but I like it that way because different families can share different areas and have discussions I will let my cleaning team know that you were not satisfied with the cleaning
