The apartment is located in a quiet side street of Baabe. The 57 m² apartment offers 4 people a cozy and fully furnished holiday home. The apartment on the 2nd floor (top floor) has a spacious living area with a covered balcony and furniture, a separate, modern, fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with washing machine. The two separate bedrooms, each equipped with flat screen TVs, are located in the attic and can be reached by stairs. A parking space is located directly at the house. Restaurants, supermarkets and breakfast options are nearby and within easy walking distance.
The long fine sandy wide beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is approx. 400 m away. The existing bike paths also allow the surrounding seaside resorts to be easily reached by bike, various rental stations are in town. A bike stand is right in front of the house.

Sehr hübsche und saubere Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. In der Nähe vom Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ruhig gelegen. Die Treppe zum den beiden Schätzungen war für uns jetzt kein Problem, ist aber nicht für ältere Gäste geeignet. Sonst top 👍👍👍

Rügen ist immer eine Reise wert

Die Begrüßung war , sie kommen aber spät und wann reisen wieder ab früher oder später! Alles in einem sehr unfreundlich Ton, leider. Die Wohnung war sehr schön . Die Treppe sehr steil . Also für Menschen mit Gehproblemen nicht so gut. Sonst alles ok. Sehr sauber

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Baabe

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Infrastruktur wie Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bus- sowie Zuganbindung (Rasender Roland) in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Schöner Balkon in Südlage. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin äußerst unkompliziert, genau wie die Schlüsselübergabe. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in dieser Ferienwohnung!
