Only a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Rügen, is this particularly high quality furnished apartment and offers luxury and relaxation in every season.

The garden suite is a particularly bright and sunny apartment because it is located in the side wing of the listed, completely renovated building. It is one of the very few apartments with windows on three sides. To the north, west and south you can admire the view of the green over the forest and heath areas. The beautiful beach and the park-like grounds of Prora Solitaire are right outside the door.

This apartment on the 1st is especially for sun-seekers. Floor by Prora Solitaire ideal: a large roof terrace extends in front of the living area. Even in winter, the sun reaches the apartment almost all day. In the evening, light coves provide indirect and pleasant lighting.
You reach the spacious living and dining area via the reading corner and can prepare your own delicacies in the high-quality kitchen, for coffee lovers there is also a Nespresso machine. The separate bedroom leads to the spacious en suite bathroom with a large shower, vanity and toilet. Another guest toilet is also available.

In the living room there is a modern "Curved Smart TV" and another Smart TV is available in the bedroom, so that entertainment is provided at the highest level.
In front of the apartments in Prora Solitaire there is a park-like garden landscape with an outdoor pool, barbecue area, lounge areas and native flora and fauna. The garden is exclusively available to Prora Solitaire guests; a small pine forest shields it from the beach and ensures privacy. Prora Solitaire - an oasis of calm for body, mind and soul all year round!
All guests of Prora Solitaire also have a spacious wellness area, which you can access from your apartment without having to leave the house. There is then not only a large indoor pool with a children's pool, but also various saunas and relaxation areas, a fitness area with appropriate equipment and the possibility of massages and other treatments that can be booked at the reception.
Free WiFi is available in our apartment so that you can stay in touch with your friends or post the latest photos.

Die Beschreibung ist etwas irreführend. Die Wohnung ist ohne Sichtschutz von drei Seiten einsehbar. Die Dachterrasse ist ohne Sonnen und Regenschutz und auch von allen Seiten einsehbar. Ausblick zur Straße. Strandkorb nicht wetterfest. Badezimmer ist eine nicht abgetrennte Nische im Schlafzimmer, kaum Ablagen. Dusche für Menschen über 1,90 cm schwer nutzbar.Couch im Wohnzimmer als zweites Schlafzimmer ausgewiesen. Futon? Winziger Kleiderschrank. Da Wohnung separat vermarktet wird sind keine Leistungen der Anlage, wie Bademäntel, Nutzbarkeit der Spielfläche( dort Lärm ab 7.30 Uhr)vor dem Fenster der Wohnung möglich. Küchenausstattung minimalistisch. Wäschepaket für 2 Wochen ohne Wechsel der Hand- und Badetücher( je 1 pro Person!) Parkplatz gesondert kostenpflichtig.

Für 2 Personen eine schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo mit toller Dachterrasse und kurzen Wegen zum Schwimmbad & Spa-Bereich. Die Ausstattung ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Bis zum Strand etwa 50 m gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatz konnte extra dazu gebucht werden (8 € pro Tag). Mit der extra Wegbeschreibung der Gastgeber kann man die FeWo nicht verfehlen. Die Kolleg*innen beim Check In vor Ort sollten besser gebrieft sein und aktuelle Informationen an ihre Gäste geben.

Große Enttäuschung

Sehr unbefriedigend! Ich werde nicht mehr über Fewo buchen und auch anderen abraten diese Plattform zu benutzen! Warum? Bilder stimmten nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Objekt überein bzw. waren irreführend. Die Ortsbeschreibung die ich in der Agentur erhielt war falsch. Wir mussten lange suchen, bevor wir das Objekt fanden. Die Telefonnummer, die uns angegeben wurde, war für Rückfragen nicht erreichbar. Dies leider die ganze Zeit. Die Wohnung war nur oberflächlich sauber. Allerdings nur oberflächlich. Unter der Couch war es dreckig. Haare und Schmutz von Vormietern im Überfluss. Alles in allem eine herbe Enttäuschung.

Ferienwohnung

Leider wurde uns zur Zufahrt die falsche Strasse bei der Schlüsselübergabe genannt, sodass wir längere Zeit vor einer Schranke im Regen standen; nachdem wieder eine telefon. Vebindung mit dem Vermieter hergestellt werden konnte, haben wir nach >3/4h die Zufahrt nehmen können. Die Spüilmachine in der Unterkunft war noch mit Brauchwasser und Geschirr bestückt -- funktionierte nicht, musste erst am nächsten Tag repariert werden. Die Bettlaken für das Bett im Wohnzimmer waren nicht vorhanden! Die Informatioen bzgl. Tischtennisschlägerausgabe waren verwirrend -- Hinweis zur Rezeption durch Aushang, jedoch sagte man uns, die Nutzung würde uns nicht zustehen. Insgesamt ist der Eindruck von der Rezeption ein unfreundlicher!

Saubere und voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Alles ist sehr helll und freundlich. Zugang zum Wellnessbereich jederzeit möglich. Der schöne Strand ist gleich hinter der Düne. Vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen oder mit dem Bus. Nur die Aussicht fehlt, aber die Terrasse lädt trotzdem zum Entspannen ein.

Uns erwartete in Prora eine sehr schöne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in der wir den Urlaub so richtig genießen konnten. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts und der beheizte Aussenpool war eine schöne, windgeschützte Alternative zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Immer wieder schön auf Rügen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und es ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch ideal, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so schön ist, da ein Pool und die Sauna jederzeit nutzbar sind. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral, man kann Aktivitäten auch zu Fuß erreichen (wie z.B. den Baumwipfelpfad oder auch Binz). Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Anlage "Prora Solitaire" ist ein Traum! Toller Wellness Bereich inklusive Innenpool, beheizter Außenpool und ca. 50 Meter zu einem der schönsten Strände Rügens lassen den Alltag vergessen. Die Wohnung ist zwar komplett zum Land ausgerichtet, was der riesige Balkon und die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung wieder "wettmachen"! Wir haben uns dort zu dritt über 2 Wochen hinweg sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein winziger Hinweis: Stauraum, um 2 oder 3 Koffer auszupacken, bietet der Schrank im Schlafzimmer leider nicht!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Direkt am Strand. Nette und kompetente Verwaltung, sowohl der Vermieter als auch die Agentur vor Ort. Wir kommen wieder. Die Gastronomie vor Ort ist noch ausbaufähig!
