Absolutely fantastic stay! The owner has thought of everything! Location is very walkable to shops and restaurants. The carriage house is immaculate and the bathrooms were very updated. All the extras really made the stay exceptional: robe, slippers, Native shampoo/conditioner, snacks, and chocolate bedside. We will absolutely be back!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was located in a beautiful historic part of town, we had space to park, no noise when it was time to sleep- and an easy drive to everywhere we needed to go. Debbie communicated with us throughout our visit making check-in, and check-out easy and made sure that we knew it was okay to ask questions! The home was GORGEOUS, clean, and comfortable. You can tell just how much love and care the hosts put into it, and there were personal touches all throughout! Every appliance we would hope for during a long stay was there, plenty of towels, kitchenware, washer and dryer, and even additional items on the bathroom in case we forgot something. I can't say enough good things about this listing and the host- and will not stay anywhere else when we travel to Pensacola again (if the place is available of course!) If you're looking for a comfy home with lots privacy in the middle of everything- book this asap!

This was a late booking for us, as my daughter was graduating from UWF and I dropped the ball on planning. How incredibly lucky we were that this location was available. I can't express enough how convenient, clean, well-appointed, and comfortable it was. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. Debbie was very responsive. We didn't have any issues at all that we needed to contact her about... we simply had some questions about making sure we were parking properly. The space was so well thought out, and no detail was left unnoticed. We loved that there was no shortage of local art, including some from the host. The guide book with recommendations on local restaurants and breweries was a nice touch as well, and the welcome basket was appreciated. Everything was top quality - from the kitchen appliances to the phenomenal shower heads. It was a super easy walk to the shops and restaurants on Palafox, Portside Pickle (our favorite) and the historical buildings of the Seville district. Great artisan market on Saturdays at Ferdinand Plaza until the construction on Palafox is being completed. Juan's Flying Burrito is dangerously close, and such a hit. We would be thrilled to stay here again. It was just perfect.

The carriage house is exactly as described, it is a real gem. Modern, clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, engaging artwork and the Blue chandelier. This one of the nicest vrbo’s we have stayed at. Property manager was also quick to respond when we had an issue with the door and cooktop. Plus it is an ideal spot for access to downtown Pensacola. Make sure you visit the Global Grill for dinner an Joe Patti’s for fresh seafood
