Experience tiny house living at it's best: small, yet spacious with all the necessities and a beautiful beach themed décor. These unique pet-friendly cottages are located in a quiet yet central area of town. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and most restaurants and shops. Relax in a private 2-story home with a full kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Designed for comfort and full of light, these studio cottages are perfect for a couple or a small family eager to spend quality time at the beach. Enjoy the sun on a private deck, watch deer passing by, take your dog out for a stroll along the beach!

Pest are allowed with a pet fee of $25/pet/night + tax. Please pay the pet fee via the link in confirmation email after booking if you want to add a pet to your reservation.

I loved this cottage! I brought my crafts and my dog and had a great time. My two concerns centered around my age (69), and physical abilities. The wooden staircase is beautiful but difficult when carrying items upstairs. I saw it in the picture, so I was aware of possible difficulty getting up and back from the cute loft bedroom. My Boston Terrier wouldn’t go up the fairly steep open-ended stairs, so I had to carry her 23 lb keister up and down. Not easy, not a pretty sight. The only other concern I had was that the toilet was a low rider…. I would suggest higher toilet seats (or some grab bars to help hoist the less mobile, like me). Otherwise, it was a wonderful three days crafting and relaxing and beach combing of course. Had great Chinese take out and cooked the rest of the time. It had all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils. I will definitely return to this beautiful cottage.

Quiet and nice

Even with all the units rented the property was quiet. I didn’t have to worry that my neighbors would be awoken with my habits because they were far enough away. On the whole the town was within walking distance of the property

Brief get away; the coast

Inside cottage, the frontroon area much narrower that picture presented. Kitchen was just right AND so well equipped. Bath also just right for our needs. Very quiet. I needed that time. Wanted to watch a dvd I brought. Found the player unplugged. Temporarily jerry-rigged it...to plug " under the stairs." Hit my head. Ouch. So, my one encouragement for you- either set up the dvd player to work -or- remove it. [ Plug in behind the dresser is not easy to access. The dresser below TV / dvd is wedged in. Precision fit. Stairs are somewhat slippery. So I went very carefully up or down. ] Wood work is beautiful tho. Door molding is in the way.
