Exceptional location on the Fécamp waterfront, in the heart of the city, in a recently renovated former shipowner's house (Captain YOO).<br><br>Within walking distance, you can:<br><br>- Enjoy the beach,<br><br>- Head out for an afternoon of shopping in the city centre,<br><br>- Visit Fécamp’s museums (Bénédictine, the fisheries, etc.) or<br><br>- Dine at one of the nearby restaurants.<br><br>The apartment is on the second floor (the staircase is quite steep) and offers a spectacular view of the port of Fécamp.<br><br>This duplex offers a beautiful space designed for a seaside holiday where you can stay in great comfort. It features a living room, a kitchen, and three lovely bedrooms with queen-size beds (rated among the best by Que Choisir, complete with two pillows per person), one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and one additional bathroom. <br><br>A large sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional guests.<br><br>The entire apartment is bright, newly renovated, and very well insulated.<br><br><br><br>The apartment is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by free parking.<br><br>Various games are available to keep the children entertained.<br><br>Other Captain YOO apartments are available for rent in the same building if you’d like.

Je recommande cet appartement. Idéalement placé, le volume est parfait, très bien équipé. Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour. La communication est facile.Seul bémol, derrière la porte de l’immeuble, il y a directement un escalier, et l’appartement est au 2ème étage. Avec des enfants en bas âge c’est plutôt sportif.
