Un bon rapport qualité prix et des hôtes accueillants

Le point fort de ce séjour est l'emplacement idéal, à, à peine une vingtaine de mètres de la mer et un jardinet terrasse privatif. Le logement est rustique mais avec tout le nécessaire.Les hôtes sont particulièrement aidants et aux petits soins si nécessaire.Ps : si vous avez un chien, le terrain est clôturé ce qui est un autre avantage.

Il est exact que le chauffage de la salle de bain (et le micro onde) ne fonctionnaient pas. Mais les locataires ont attendu 5 jours et la veille au soir du 8 mai pour le signaler.Il était alors impossible de trouver 1 électricien par contre le 8 mai à 12h le micro onde était changé. En dehors de cela "no comments" : Depuis plusieurs années nous louons ce studio et nous n'avons jamais jamais eu de remarque sur la propreté.(C'est toujours la même personne qui entretien le studio) et la remarque sur la propreté est inacceptable. Locataire à éviter.

Accueil et communication très sympathiques. Belle terrasse sans vis-à-vis. Très bel environnement, boisé, bien entretenu. Quartier calme. 50m de la mer avec joli parc. Proche de la plage, des commerces, des restaurants. La situation est superbe, dommage que l'intérieur ne soit pas tout à fait à la hauteur: exigu (surtout salle de bain-wc) et vieillot (mitigeur douche, mezzanine, placards peu fonctionnels).

Zona tranquilla ma servita

Appartamento tranquillo a due passi dal mare con scogli e ampio parco ombreggiato, a dieci minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di sabbia. Comodo giardino attrezzato con tavolo, ombrellone e sdraio. Posizione strategica per visitare la zona circostante. Soggiorno piacevole.

Maison idéalement bien placée avec un grand jardin, totalement indépendant sans vis-à-vis mais...

Il faut donner un coup de propre à ce studio, des odeurs de fioul, un tuyau de lave vaisselle qui se vide dans l’évier,un mitigeur de douche qui ne fonctionne pas brûlant ou glacial, et pour le jardin des racines qui soulèvent les dalles, fuite de robinet donc moustiques en permanence dommage car ce studio a un beau potentiel

Location toute équipée avec un grand espace en extérieur. La mer est à 1 minute à pied à peine. Très bonne situation avec une plage de sable fin à 15 minutes à pied, des commerces proches et le port à 5 minutes à pied avec restaurants... Nous avons été très bien accueillis À conseiller pour des vacances au calme

charmante location très agréable au milieu des pins, des lauriers et oliviers, très calme. A notre arrivée nous avons eu la surprise de trouver un peu d essentiel dans la cuisine : sel,huile, produit pour le lave vaisselle ect…. la salle de bain est un peu petite nous avons passé un superbe séjour à renouveler et à recommander sans problème
