This historic Hailey vacation rental is newly remodeled with contemporary finishes and all the comforts of home. The open plan living area features warm wood flooring, comfy seating centered around the cozy gas fireplace and flat screen TV, and sunny southwest views of the Della Mountain peak that towers over Hailey. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, concrete counters, and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The adjoining dining table has space for all your guests to share home-cooked meals or tasty take-outs from Hailey's amazing selection of restaurants.

In the warmer months it's all about the outdoor Sun Valley lifestyle and alfresco patio dining! Step outside to a private balcony with views of Carbonate and Della Mountain in the distance (both excellent options for a local hike!).

As the sun sets behind the mountains and a day of adventures ends, this spacious vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 guest bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed, flat screen TV to watch movies in bed, and an attached private bathroom with double vanities and a walk in shower. There is a second guest suite on the main level of the home with a queen size bed and adjoining bathroom with concrete counters and a walk-in shower.

Sun Valley - our favorite spot!

Quick trip with friends to golf/relax/dine, however they had to cancel the night before so our daughter, son-in-law and grandson made snap decision to join us. The two-bedroom house was spotless. It was a good location, reasonably priced, quiet and perfect for our family. We enjoyed a great getaway!

Immaculately clean... Great Kitchen... Garage is very tight for a big vehicle... The A/C units are portables and loud. The downstairs bedroom is very comfortable and cool. If it's hot outside, the upstairs bedroom is warm because the portable A/C is in the great room and not the bedroom. If you have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. It's generally an excellent value and I would stay there again without hesitation.

We have already decided our next trip to Hailey/Sun Valley we want to stay here again! The two bedrooms were comfy; the spacious kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The host stayed in touch but wasn't overbearing. We loved having a garage. We just loved it.
