Upon arrival we were met with a partial couch bottom, no backs or sides. New did arrive 3 days later. Very poor lighting, 1 floor lamp for entire livingroom. Advertised for 4 guests, but only two chairs available for dining or even moving to sit in living room area. Kitchen: broken toaster, 3 dirty pans stored in cupboard, no visible coffee maker/pot, cluttered, disorganized cupboards, no sink drain stops and no disposer, continually dripping faucet. Microwave, stove and dishwasher old but worked. Bathrooms acceptable but very difficult to find any towels, etc for use. Unsafe light chain hanging in bdrm walking area; 2nd bedrm bed almost 4' above floor; poor lighting, entry door stuck. Old dirty laundry left in closets.2 days before we left new toaster, broken drawer knobs fixed and leak stopped. Overall not ready for rental, needs much more than TLC. We were there for Mayo surgery and when we were told we could leave Phoenix we got out of this unit 1 daay early. Read recent reviews carefully as owners pictures do not teel the full story.

So much to do in Arizona

No frills. Close to everything we like to do which was good because it took us away from the property. A neighbor opined that this unit “needed a lot of love”. He was right.

Physically inspect before you sign to rent

The lovely two-bedroom condo has possibilities that were not realized by this landlord. It was untidy, and the patio had a large plant container void of plants with old dirt left behind. I never utilized the patio. It was unswept and dirty (table and two chairs) The refrigerator contained food leftover from the previous tenant, and the kitchen cupboards held opened containers of food. The rest of the condo was in a similar condition. I loved the condo, but the most disturbing occurrence was that the landlord charged more than what was advertised. She did send a cleaner later in my stay, but by then, I was busy with online Zoom as I was working. The condo had an odor from living in a man's home who did not think cleaning was necessary. I recommend this condo, but be sure you see it or have someone look at it. I would love to get my money back for the cleaning and the overcharging on my account.

Great Condo and Host

Great and prompt host. Condo is clean and comfortable and had ample things and extras for longer stays. Ample spices, some condiments, dishes, pots/pans, towels, cleaning products, etc. Safe, quiet and clean complex. No complaints at all. Thank you for a great experience.

Michelle was kind and very helpful, as were many of the neighbors in the community. This is a great long-term rental with everything you need including AC and a swimming pool for those hot AZ days. Great for travel nurses. Ideally located and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious unit in great location!

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Friendly neighbours. Host was very quick to respond to any questions and had an awesome on site contact. Unit does need some updating but that is evident online. We enjoyed our stay!
