Holiday apartment in newly built 2-family wooden house, for 2-4 people on the ground floor with 1 bedroom with new box spring beds 180 x 200 or two 90 x 200 cm beds.
The living room features two comfortable sofa beds, satellite TV, a DVD player, an open plan kitchen equipped with newly installed appliances including a dishwasher, and a 4-seater dining table.
The bathroom holds a large sink and a walk-in shower with rain shower and hand jet. There is a washer / dryer available, as well as a separate entrance to the flat. 250MBit wireless Lan
It is set in a peaceful village location.

Schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist nicht nur hübsch, sondern auch gut ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen und sauber. Das Bad mit der ebenerdigen Dusche und der moderne Küchen-/ Ess-/ Wohnbereich sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappt problemlos und verläuft sehr nett und freundlich. Auch auf Sonderwünsche gehen die Vermieter ein. Und ja, das Haus liegt in der längsten Sackgasse der Welt. ;)

Eine empfehlenswerte FeWo mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß und rundum gut ausgestattet – funktional und gemütlich. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Unser Hund war willkommen. Die mit schönen Pflanzen umgebene Terrasse haben wir gerne genutzt, um den Tag am Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Unser Auto hat auf dem Grundstück vor dem Haus parken können – sehr praktisch. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und angenehm. Die FeWo ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, an der mit über 1,5 km längsten Sackgasse, die wir bisher kennengelernt haben. Schöne Spaziergänge sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wandern um Burg vom perfekten Standort aus

Toller Aufenthalt, Top Ausstattung aber vorallem perfekt gelegen um Solingen Burg und die Wanderwege zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut eingerichtet und erfüllt alle Wünsche an Ansstattung, sehr nette, freundliche Vermieter, rundum toll! Wir kommen wieder :-).

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo, ein sehr herzliches, freundliches Vermieterpaar. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Bergischen Land im Dreieck Wermelskirchen, Remscheid und Solingen, gute Autobahnanbindung und viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns für 3 Tage hier eingemietet. Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, wunderbar im Bergischen Land gelegen. Von hier aus kann man Wandern, Radtouren unternehmen oder die tolle Gegend erkunden. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Oberwinkelhausen bei Ehepaar Völkner - ein Geheimtipp!

Die Tage in Oberwinkelhausen waren genau das, was ich brauchte. Die Unterkunft war nicht zu übertreffen, und die Gastgeber, Ehepaar Völkner, haben mich sehr nett aufgenommen. Hinzu kam absolutes Sommerwetter, das ich auf der Terasse voll und ganz geniessen konnte. Mein kleiner Hund, Tobby-Tacco, war glücklich, einen Garten zu haben, indem er nach Herzenslust herumstromern konnte. Ich bin sicher, dass wir noch öfters einige Tage in Oberwinkelhausen verbringen werden, wenn wir eine Abwechselung vom Kölner Großstadtleben brauchen.

Sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit allem Drum und Dran

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man sich als Gast nur wünschen kann. Die schöne Terasse konnten wir wegen des regnerischen Wetters leider nicht nutzen. Für die Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren Spültabs und Waschmittel vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal in einem Wohngebiet, aber ganz zentral direkt in der Nähe der Autobahnauffahrt. Dadurch ist man gleich im Bergischen Land, Leverkusen oder Köln. Why they chose this property

Do you want to be independent? That is possible here. You can enjoy your own personal flat and soon a new terrace in front of the living room doors. There is a reduced rate until work is complete.
The climate in our house is unique and our location in the Bergisches Land invites you to breath the deep breaths of fresh air.

What makes this property unique

There are all types of options for walkers here. There is a somewhat more difficult tour over mountains and valleys, a visit to different reservoirs or by car on the Rhine, to Cologne or to beautiful Siebengebirge. "Bergisches Land" and "Oberbergisches Land" will welcome you. The area is also ideal for mountain biking. We would be happy to help you with recommendations.
It is definitely worth it.
