We stayed here in May. The pool was fantastic, heated and lovely and clean. The pool area lights up of a night and was also great lots of sun loungers and a play area if you have little ones. It was a short walk to the Super U under 10 minutes with a lovely big market on Sundays selling food and clothes. It was also only a short walk to the beach there was a couple of restaurants and a bar. Inside the accommodation was lovely and spacious and clean too with two double bedrooms and two single beds upstairs which was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped with a lovely American fridge freezer with an ice machine which was well needed in the warm sunshine it had a dishwasher and plenty of plates etc. It was a fantastic holiday overall and I would highly recommend it ! We accidentally left a set of keys behind which Maria and Pierre Henri arranged to have posted back to the UK for us which we really appreciated Thank you so much

Great location

Easy to find and in a great location with walking distance to town with a super u and restaurants and also an easy walk to the beach. Hardly used the car for the week. Loved the large fridge and ice-maker and the pool was a lovely temperature and just what we needed in 27degree heat. The advert mentioned a hot tub and there wasn’t one and also no mention that bedding and towels weren’t provided, so we had to buys towels on arrival and pay €15 for bedding. This should be a given and not advised after booking! The sun loungers are in need of an upgrade To make this an amazing stay, there needs to be an additional toilet and shower as only 1 of each is not sufficient for 8 people. There were only 4 of us and even that was a struggle! Also more attention to cleaning is needed, the floors were dirty and used coffee filters left in the machine. Even with all this, we had an amazing week, due to the other facilities(pool) and great location

Très beau logement avec piscine

Belle villa spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il faut, disposant d'une très belle piscine. A proximité des commerces et de la plage, et pleins d'activités autour (jet Sky, pédalo, accrobranche, paintball,..) à 1h du puy du fou. Le propriétaire communique donc pas de soucis. A recommander.

Het is een ruime villa met een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad. De auto kan voor de villa geparkeerd worden. Een grote supermarkt is op 8 minuten lopen. Aardige ontvangst van Marie en goed contact per app en telefoon met Pierre- Henri.

Points positif Accueil, piscine. Points négatifs: Je pense qu’il vaut vérifier que la société de ménage a bien fait le ménage. Nous avons du refaire un tour pour nettoyer les tables, les toiles d’araignées. Emplacement de jeux pour les enfants remplies de déjections, de frelons mort depuis longtemps. Pour 1400€ la semaine Pas de drap Pas de housse Pas de gel Pas de serviette Je laisse les autres détails. Niveau propreté ce n’est pas ça, il manque clairement de vrai ménage.

Nous avons passé une semaine au top dans cette belle location. Superbe piscine, maison propre, bien située, fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire très gentil, disponible, et aux petits soin pour ses locataires 👍 On reviendra ! Merci à Pierre Henri et Marie (la concierge, adorable)

Nos vacances à Bretignolles

Maison très bien située et quartier calme. Piscine privée chauffée et spacieuse très agréable. Jardin qui mériterait un petit coup de tondeuse. Intérieur fonctionnel à l'exception de la salle de bain à améliorer. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire et accueil au top.
