We have everything your family needs for a month or a long weekend visiting the awe-inspiring ARK Encounter. We are a pet/smoke/vape free property.

Overall the home has a very nice set up with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the kitchen table comfortably sat all 7 of us. It’s about 10 minutes from the Arc Encounter. All of us being together for my mother in law’s 86th birthday was the gift that we needed for this trip and this location fit the bill. Thank you for providing that for us.

Excellent home away from home

The beds were excellent, the place was nice and clean! We are a family of 6 and we all had our own space for the night and the main area had a nice sitting area. We really enjoyed it!

Perfect home away from home

Travis was easy to work with, and helped get us navigate some issues with vrbo to get us in the night we needed. The house was very warm and welcoming and had more than enough rough for us including my brothers large family. The older kids loved the game room, and the little ones enjoyed all the books and toys. All the beds were very comfortable, and the location to the ark was great. Would definitely stay here again if we came back.

Great house!

Nicer than expected. Well-equipped. Big! Plenty of beds, and comfortable. The sectional was especially comfy! Convenient to groceries, Walmart, starbucks, etc… and a very short drive to the Ark Encounter. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful home, convenient location, great for families

We had a great stay in Dry Ridge. The home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed when traveling with kids. It was at a perfect location for our visit to the Ark Encounter (15 mins away) and just 45 mins to Creation Museum. Dry Ridge is a quiet town but that's how we like it. There's a Walmart down the street, a nice park for the kids, and a few restaurants for dinner. When we wanted to explore a little more, it was just a short drive to Florence where there were more activities to choose from. I would highly recommend this home. Travis was great at responding to any questions I had. The property is well-maintained and he makes every effort to provide a good experience for his guests.

Weekend Getaway

Our host was very kind and informative. Communication was excellent and he made himself readily available by phone at any time if we had questions. The home was very clean and well decorated, plenty of space for a good size group. The description of the property was accurate as to the property being located in a cul-de-sac. The only reason I did not rate a 5 is because there were no photos of the exterior of the home or immediate area in the VRBO listing. This location is very densely populated with people and cars. If you are use to urban living this is the perfect place, if you prefer space, privacy and an aesthetically pleasing view unfortunately you will not find it here. Overall great trip and excellent host.

Lodging Fit our Ark Adventure

Everything we needed was available at the house. Living area, kitchen/eating area, bathrooms and Sleeping facilities fit well for us. Only downside was the challenging short steep driveway, as we had three vehicles (two were large) to park, unload and load. Not a showstopper. Just challenging as we live in a flat (not hilly) area.

Group Conference Attendance

We liked the 5 separate areas to sleep, (4 bedrooms and the bed in the gaming area) and 3 full bathrooms for us all to get ready in the morning. Just a few minutes drive from the ARK Encounter. The biggest negatives were the pool table is in the garage and it was too cold to use it in the winter, and there was only convenient parking for 2 cars.

A Great Place!!

Highly recommend!! We booked our stay in May, but in November we had something come up and needed to shift our reservation by two days. They were so cooperative and helpful, and moved our stay so that all of our family could partake. The house was spotless, and they provided breakfast cereals and coffee! There was also shampoo/crème rinse, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Communication was excellent, and every need/concern was quickly addressed. For example, we found that one of the showers was draining slowly (it happens ). They fixed it right away!!

Why they chose this property

The location in a great neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Most houses in the area are 3 bedroom, this one being 4 beds and 3 baths really caught my eye. We think Dry Ridge has a lot to offer someone coming to our area with just the right amount of convenience and closeness to everything.

Media room with projector and the game room area in the garage really add a lot of fun factor in this rental.
