- - SNOW FLOWER #117 Our Newly remodeled Beautiful Ski in Ski Out Mountain Retreat! Nestled on the Ski Hill at Park City Mtn. Resort. All the Amenities you would need. Very Peaceful with occasion wildlife roaming through the property. A secret gem.

Our Ski in Ski Out Condo has 2/Bedrooms (A Comfy king and 2 Twins that can be converted into a King) plus a sofa with a full sized bed in living room. 2/Full Baths, with walk in Showers, Heated Floors, and large vanities with drawers for all your things. This condo has a very sleek, relaxed and comfortable modern vibe, which we think you'll love.

New Large Smart TV’s in all rooms, Cozy stone fireplace, and living area, with a fully equipped kitchen and high end appliances. Heated Floors throughout. Boot Heaters, Large balcony with table and chairs, and gorgeous views of Aspen trees and ski hill.

LOCATION:
30 Steps to the Ski hill, right at the FIrst TIme and Eagle Chair Lifts. Lift TIcket Counters are right there, grab your tickets and go. 2 minute walk to our Hot Pools, Hot Tub and Fitness Center, and Tennis courts. Hiking and Biking Trails right out the door. We’re next to some of the best trails in Park City
We are a 5 minute drive to Old Town Main St. or jump on our free bus that’s just a short walk out of our Condo. Snow Flower is a beautiful property surrounded by huge Aspen trees and open space.

Bedrooms:
The Master with a comfortable King Size Bed, with Beautiful Views, a Flat Screen Smart TV, large dresser and closet, plenty of space. The master en-suite has a large walk-in shower, Heated Floors & large vanity area, fluffy towels and robes, hair dryer, nice shampoo and conditioner, soaps and lotions, so you don’t have to pack it all.
Both bedrooms have nice black out shades & heated floors in Baths.
Our 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twins that can be converted into a King Size Bed, (With 72 hour notice) A Nice flat screen smart TV, large closet area and dresser, along with a nice size en-suite bath with walk-in shower & vanity, and Heated Floors.

Living area:
Enjoy our Cozy Stone Fireplace, in living area with large Flat Screen Smart TV, New Smart 65” Flatscreen with Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu etc. built in, also a DVD player & DVD’s for you and the kids to enjoy. There is a beautifully decorated, open and spacious kitchen area with an island that seats 3.

Kitchen:
Enjoy our fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with high end stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils. lots of counter space, and a Nespresso Machine, Also a Drip Coffee maker and Local coffee. Spacious Dinning area, and eat in bar area. Feel free to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. Lots of little extra's. Coffee and Teas, creamer and sugars, Spices, Olive oils, and what you need to get you going in the morning,

Snow Flower has a nice BBQ, Picnic area, ( during summer only) and walking area as well, with beautiful grounds. Complimentary Underground Parking, elevators, and coin laundry right down the hall. We supply you with laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc. so you don't have to go out and buy them right away, to help you get started.

Restaurants are close by, Here are some at Park City Mtn Resort a short 10 minute walk,
Mexican, Baja Cantina, Legends Sports Bar and Grill, our famous Corner Store for Burgers, The Pig Pen, for yummy drinks and Grill food. For a little fancier dinner Ruth Chris Steak house is at the Park City Golf Course a 5 minute drive. There are lots of choices. Main St. also has lots of great choices to choose from, a 5 minute drive or take the free bus, so you don't have to worry about the parking.
We would be happy to help you with more recommendations. Inside our condo we have a nice binder with lots of information for dinning and activities around Park City and more!!
Summer Time Fun at the base, Zipline, Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, Scenic Lift Rides, Hiking & Biking, lots of adventure out your door. Visit Historic Main St. with lots of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and art galleries.
My husband and I have lived here for over 30 years & love all the outdoor activities there is to enjoy in Park City!

    Wonderful condo! Very clean and neat, nicely decorated and updated with fresh appliances, floor coverings and fixtures. Nice balcony with comfortable seating. Comfortable beds and clean, comfortable linens/bedding. Well equipped kitchen. The condo was rated for 6 occupants, and we did have 6 for part of our stay. The condo is doable but tight for 6 occupants and gear but would be far more comfortable with only 4. As far as /ski in ski out/ yes, ski out with about 150 feet of walking out slightly uphill, and ski in is possible if you cross the roped area at the nearest lift, you can glide downhill to the condo.

    Wonderful condo in a great location! This unit was perfect for our family of 4. It is conveniently located just a 1 minute walk to the slopes near the Eagle lift, covered parking in the basement, handy ski locker on 1st floor and laundry room on the same floor. The hosts had great communication and were kind enough to stock the unit with lots of useful condiments and snacks. We appreciated the heated floors and access to Netflix, YouTube Tv, etc in the evenings. We would love to stay again and hope to be back!

    This condo has it all. Beautifully furnished, great kitchen and an outstanding location! Both very quiet at night and you can ski both down to the lift and back almost to your door. Very convenient large ski locker as well. Thank you for the stay!

    We had a wonderful stay in Park City and cannot recommend this property enough. The condo was spacious and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The amenities provided were top-notch and made our trip feel seamless.The hosts were proactive and very communicative throughout the process.     The Condo had everything you needed plus more. The host are very accommodating and generous with all supplies. The property itself could benefit from sidewalks to the lifts as it was extremely muddy. The hot tub was really not a hot tub more like a heated pool, but overall experience was amazing.

    Location was absolutely amazing! The place is exactly as advertised. We took a three minute walk to the lift! The king bed was like sleeping on a large pillow, I slept the best I’ve ever slept. The communication with the host was also top notch. Any issue or question I had, I had a response within minutes. I can’t wait to book this place again, even my kids asked if we could stay there next year. I’ve stayed in many “ski in and out” VRBO’s and this was the best one to date.

    We had such a great stay! Communication with the owner was perfect! We need a little help getting into the ski locker and they were available and helped us out. It’s hard to beat the location just a few steps to the slopes. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a great trip. We look forward to staying again soon!

    Perfect Ski in Ski Out, 3-minute walk to First Time Chair Lift

    We had an amazing stay. This is one of the nicest units at the Snowflower condos. It’s newly remodeled and fully stocked. Leslie and Mike have gone above and beyond to supply everything you need and more. We enjoyed the snacks and beverages they left for us and all the extra cooking supplies. We also loved all the nice toiletries, fluffy robes and towels, and the cozy fireplace, all were definitely an added bonus. Loved the hot tubs and beautiful surrounding area, it was a very nice treat! We highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

    Relaxing family vacation!

    My husband, 10 month old baby, and I stayed here for our first family vacation out of state with our baby. I cannot say enough good things about Leslie and how welcoming and accommodating she was! She even put together a high chair that was ready for us when we got there, and promptly answered any questions we had. Besides having a great host, the condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities we needed! We also enjoyed the pool, workout room, and watching wildlife from the porch. So happy with our decision to book this lovely condo!! Thank you Leslie!

    Exactly as advertised. Our family of three loved our stay with Mike and Leslie. The condo is in the perfect location, it’s comfortable and very well stocked. We cooked in almost every meal and were on the slopes within 5 minutes of closing the condo door. Mike and Leslie were available and easily accessible for any questions or needs we had. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

    As travelers who are particular we found the condo not only extremely up to date but detailed. It’s very frustrating to have a kitchen that only has minimal necessities. This condo had everything you could ask for and more. It was fully stocked. It was also nice to have simple amenities such as coffee, salt and pepper, etc already there. The location was right next to the lifts. Super awesome. The locker was very easy and convenient. The binder explained many items and owners responded to text messages immediately. If I had to come up with an issue, the only thing would be the noise from the upstairs unit. That would not be anything the owners could control. We asked for extra towels and wash cloths and they were delivered the same day. Would 100% book again.

    Perfect place for our family

    The condo is exactly as depicted in the pictures, if fact probably better. Check in was a breeze with great communications with the owner. The interior was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Everything we needed or wanted was available. There is a very convenient corner "nook" that served us well changing in/out of our ski gear. The bathrooms have heated floors which all the ladies loved. The condo is located a very very short walk to Park City ski lifts. Downtown Park City is about a 15 minute walk or you can take the bus which stops minutes away. If you like what you see in the pictures, you will love this place. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased and will definitely be back.
