Two of them enjoy sea views—one located in a separate bungalow for added privacy—while the third is on a lower level with access to a private terrace.

The bright and air-conditioned living area opens onto the terrace and a heated pool. It includes a cozy lounge with satellite TV and a well-equipped open kitchen, ideal for relaxed dinners at home. Outside, a gas BBQ and sun loungers create the perfect setting for unwinding while taking in the view.

A 4WD vehicle is recommended due to the steep driveway, but once you arrive, the serenity and amenities make it all worthwhile. Santa Alicia is a charming and private retreat just a short drive from Flamands Beach and the vibrant town of Gustavia.
