Maison très pratique et parfaitement située

On a séjourné plusieurs jours et la maison était exactement ce qu’on recherchait : du cachet ( les décorations peintes à la main sont tout simplement ravissantes), fonctionnelle et à proximité du souk. En plus on a été très bien accueilli sur place malgré notre arrivée tardive. On recommande donc sans hésitation.

Katastrophe

Vorab: Der Vermieter spricht kein Englisch und ist auch nicht bereit Übersetzer zu nutzen. Unterkunft ist mit nichts ausgestattet. In der Beschreibung steht, das es nahezu alles gibt, es gab aber nichts. Weder Töpfe, noch Handtücher, noch Wasserkocher, noch Klopapier noch irgendwas....wirklich komplett gelogen alles in der Beschreibung. Nach unangenehmen Konversation mit dem Vermieter bekamen wir das nötigste. Aber Handtücher die nicht vorher gewaschen wurden,kann man nicht nutzen...also viele Sachen selbst gekauft vor Ort. Lediglich das Schlafzimmer mit Wohnzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, alle anderen Zimmer nicht. Die Wohnung ist in der Mitte offen, also muss man z.b. nachts nach draußen durch den Innenhof,um auf Toilette gehen zu können...generell war alles sehr sehr dreckig und ich musste alles selber putzen obwohl mir eine Putzfrau versprochen wurde ... Die Gegend ist generell auch eine sehr unsichere Gegend und man fühlt sich dort nicht sicher. Über Nacht wurden z.b. auch unsere Liegen vom Dach geklaut und keiner weiß von wem....also alles sehr mysteriös und absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Lieber etwas mehr Geld zahlen und einen stressfreien Urlaub haben.

une superbe maison dans la medina

joliment décorée, 4 pieces autour d'une cour, une grande terrasse pleine de soleil. En haut de la medina de Sousse, ville chaleureuse et accueillante. Le boulnager est a coté, et pour faire ses courses en bas de la médina, a coté du syndicat d'iniative le Magasin Général, on y trouve tout même de l'alcool. un four et une table basse sur la terrasse et ce sera parfait.
